Great stay! We were unfortunately present during a recent power outage, and while we couldn’t stay in the hotel due to safety concerns, they were a huge help in finding us a new place to stay until the power was restored! Very friendly staff. The ski in/out option was great. Shuttle was always on time. We loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a long day on the mountain! Sauna was lovely as well. Very convenient ski equipment check, though it closes earlier than the slopes do. Would recommend!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary the last weekend of March. It happened to be the same weekend that attitash had their large party for the season. We loved everything about the resort. I booked a studio with the Murphy bed. After we got back from dinner and got ready for bed, I found that I was very uncomfortable in that bed. I called down to switch to a hotel standard room and the woman at the desk was so nice and accommodating! We were able to switch rooms and were much more comfortable for the 2 nights we were there. Judy the concierge was so friendly and helpful! We chatted with her about things to do when we go back with our kids. She recommended a nice breakfast place for us and other things to do in the area. We didn't snowboard, but we will be back to do that. We just absolutely fell in love with the resort and everyone we encountered that worked there. The hot tub was nice in the snow. Even the pool we thought would be cold, was really nice. We look forward to going back again with our kids.

I gave the Grand Summit 5 stars because it was absolutely perfect for the price! We stayed two nights in the middle of NH Feb break and it suited our needs perfectly. I got a One Bedroom Deluxe and it was WAY bigger than I thought it would be. It was myself and two teenage girls. The ground floor has the delicious restaurant, The Tap House (closed on Tues.), small arcade and all the function rooms, the first floor is where the ski/ snowboard check room, a great small cafe open 7-2:30, you can ski right out to the mountain from this level and there is a great outdoor heated pool with two jacuzzis. The place is definitely dated but it is simple and easy, as well as priced great. Our room wasn’t the cleanest but I wasn’t grossed out by any means. Albert? at the front desk was extremely nice and kind, very welcoming and filled with info when we arrived. The woman I spoke to when I called and asked about rooms, was awesome and definitely helped me figure out what size room to get. The woman who checked us out (British accent) was quite rude and felt very put off by my simple question but I didn’t let it dampen our awesome experience. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

My family and I have gone for many years and I LOVE IT!!! The room is always done early and is so clean. We always have a gorgeous mountain view. I love how the hotel is designed and decorated for skiers and snowboarders. Staff is very kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend! 🥳

The Front Desk are outstanding. They were quick to replace the dirty Mr Coffee pot with caked on red algae in water reservoir and old coffee grounds left untouched for a day or two. The Black Diamond Provisions Co. Is to be avoided. Staff have tha
t local ... "ain't from around here" kinda attitude. The Tap Room has excellent friendly service, but, horrible food.

From the moment we arrived with our three young kids, we were thrilled to find our room ready ahead of schedule. Zara was an absolute gem, providing exceptional assistance throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. We previously had to reschedule due to a child's illness, and Shawn went above and beyond with patience and understanding to help us rearrange everything smoothly. We will be going back in a few weeks and looking forward to seeing those welcoming faces again. *Tap House was great too.

Grand Summit at Attitash offers a mixed experience with significant pros and cons. The true standout feature is the ski-in/ski-out access, which is genuinely convenient and enhances the skiing experience. The lobby is attractive, and the outdoor hot tubs and pool area provide welcome relaxation after a day on the slopes. Other positives include the mini fridge in each room and the small patio/balcony. The location is excellent for accessing both Attitash Mountain and Wildcat (a 24-minute drive), and hot water was plentiful.

Unfortunately, several issues detracted from our stay. The rooms are dated with oddly mismatched lighting throughout—different colored bulbs including some harsh blue LEDs that created an unpleasant ambiance. Noise problems were constant—loud toilets, noisy gutters, and thin walls that don't provide much privacy. The TVs are surprisingly small for a mountain resort, and basic amenities were lacking. The room featured a very dated telephone but no USB charging ports—a telling example of the property's failure to modernize. There's no water filtration, no complimentary morning coffee service (available for purchase upstairs), and no breakfast included (though food can be bought at the small provisions shop).

Parking is inconveniently far from the entrance, and there was no cleaning service during our stay. The pool and hot tub areas were dominated by kids and teens, which wasn't ideal for our adult group seeking relaxation.

While the ski access and hot tubs are definite pluses, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

EDIT: I need to mention Albert, who worked the front desk throughout our weekend stay. When I politely asked about filtered water stations, he was dismissive and rude rather than helpful. Later, when local family members dropped me off at the entrance (remaining completely outside with their leashed dog who never entered the building), Albert went out of his way to come outside and rudely inform us that "this is not a dog friendly establishment" - despite the dog being outside, leashed, and not even entering the property. This type of poor customer service further diminished an already disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the resort's hospitality standards.
