We were on our way to Red Rock City from Salt Lake City when we experienced a major blowout on our trailer—our entire hub and lug nuts came off in the middle of the night! Thankfully, the team arrived promptly and began work first thing in the morning. We were incredibly fortunate they had the necessary parts on hand (which isn't always the case, as we learned), allowing us to get back on the road. From the *AMAZING* technician who arrived at 4 a.m. to the office staff and hands-on mechanics, everyone was courteous, communicative, and took the time to explain the repair process. While it wasn't an ideal situation, they made the experience as smooth as possible. And as a bonus, we even got some fresh eggs for tonight’s dinner!

We were in a very difficult situation where we hit three deer in a herd of deer that were crossing the road and Jeff from roadway was so kind and beyond the best helped us and made sure that we were safe and got to our hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.. I really wish we did. They started working on our trailer and held it hostage until we agreed to do more work. They threatened to call the cops and wouldn’t proceed until we agreed to do $6,500 worth of repairs. The price climbed another $1,000 by the time they were done. The next day in California 2 of the airbags they replaced literally fell off sideways into the frame of the trailer. This place is a highway robbery, absolutely stunning at how messed up and incapable these guys are at getting even basic work done. Also one of the airbags they installed was completely wrong. If this would have happened on one of overpass it could have been catastrophic. The shop that fixed this after them was shocked at how lousy these mechanics are

We had a bearing fail on my kenworth in the middle of nowhere and almost lost a front tire. No phone service. With my wife, 4 kids, and 2 horses. A hay farmer let me borrow his phone on a different provider. Made a few calls, and one was roadway. Talked to a very nice young lady who said that everyone was busy and to call back in the morning if possible if I didn't find anyone. Kinda wrote it off and called everyone else in the area. Nothin. We all stretched out, and a little after 9 p.m., someone knocked on the door. HE HEARD IN MY INITIAL MESSAGE I HAD A FAMILY AND ANIMALS AND CAME TO CHECK ON US! Hooked us up and hauled us to Wells. First thing in the morning, we unhooked the trailer, hooked it to a company truck, and hauled my horses to the rodeo arena. They went to work on the truck, and one of the ladies in the front office fed and watered my horses! They got my truck put back together THAT SAME DAY. They charged a fair price. I was happy to pay it. The work they did was fast and accurate.

Excellent company, everything is clear, on time, and professional. What I really liked is that towing usually does not handle details carefully and is very rough with the cars they tow. However, here everything was extremely careful, the transportation was simply impeccable. If you're unlucky and break down, which unfortunately happens, you're lucky if these guys can come to your rescue. Definitely recommend.

I had def sign on cascadia engine speed derate but they not hv detriot software so they tried alot some other 2,3 software in cold weather to do Regan but failed. They charged half price bcuse they hands-up. Headed to MDR repair elko. Nv .
They did regan in done in 4 hour . 👍

Had a upper radiator hose rub through on a Saturday on a Volvo truck. Had them come out for the repair and surprisingly they had the part which is on national back order. Overall they got the truck repaired and back on the road.
Price was quite high at $210.00 an hour for labor, then again it was a weekend. Part itself was priced fair, mileage was at $1.80 a mile, call out fee at $100.00, not sure about the $16.69 shop charge for a road call, there was also a admin fee of $32.50. The repair didn’t take long, most of the labor charge was for the drive there and back. Paid a grand total $1,537.38.

Tec that came was competent, and didn’t waste any time. If you can, use their services during normal business hours as I’m assuming their hourly labor rate is quite lower then the afterhours/weekend rate. Thank you for having the part and getting me back on the road!

These guys are awesome. They towed my truck from Ely NV to Las Vegas carefully and professionally. They were on time with the right equipment and tools. Driver was fun to travel with too. Don’t hesitate to call them for help plus they have reasonable prices and they are very honest.
