A basics type of place to set up for overnight or a few days. Fairly quiet even with a secondary highway bordering it. Not sure who set out the sites but they are definatly not equal in size...or easy to figure out which space is yours. Another couple came in & the site was so small they couldn't put one slide our nor use the main doorway due to electrical for the next site being about 8" from the trailer's side. The electrical for their site prevented the slide from extending fully. The sites need to be redone.
Since Wells is small, one could walk or bike to the only grocery store (though Family Dollar is a competitor). There is a well stocked quilt shop (really beautiful fabric!) and a couple of other small businesses across the street and over a block.

Good easy access but limited on services when I was there. In all fairness, we stayed down the street but this RV park had the lowest rates so if you are looking to save cash, this is your best bet.

If you’re looking for a Rv resort this is not for you. If you’re looking for a place with full hookups, close to gas stations, and the I80 then this totally works. I paid online booked and picked a spot when arrived. We are a 37’ ft and it worked but anything over 40’ it would be really tight. Literally 5 mins from the freeway and easy to find. Don’t expect anyone in the office it is self service for the most part. However I did email the contact on the website and they were pretty quick at responding. It is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.

Didn't get a chance to stay, we were there very late, it was dark and the spots were very close together. Husband took the best turn into the spot he could but it was not straight enough and it was a heck of a time trying to back and forth without getting caught between the two electric poles. The ground was not flat, was muddy and we were struggling to get any traction. It was a disaster at midnight to say the least. The person we spoke to before coming was very nice. Can't say much about the park since we didn't stay and just went to the truck rest stop up by Dunkin donuts which was just fine.

Stayed here last night. It was quiet by the time we were ready for bed. No one else was there except a family that appeared to be living there. It was $17 with Passport America. The spaces are narrow. I couldn't use the wifi because there was no one there to give me a password. We arrived at 6pm.
Most spots might be diffficult to maneuver into. The dump hookup wasn't great. It could probably handle a slow flow but overflowed when we dumped instead of leaving the drains open. Had to wait several times for the pipe to drain and just add a little grey water at a time. Other than that, it was fine for a night. We would stay here again.

The one star is for the man who lives there and is an unofficial host. The place is a dump with trash in spaces left from other campers and just a dirt patch in the middle of nowhere. Simply the least appetizing place to even spend a min in.

Very easy to get to. Easy set up. Excellent water. Best water ever. Very clean washroom and shower. Excellent wifi. Great neighbours (2). Sites close together. Quiet. Previous reviews warned me about the train so I wore earplugs (1 train at 2am and then 6 which I didn’t hear but hubby did). If you are looking for a quiet place off the highway a couple of miles in Wells with electricity, great water and wifi and electricity and sewer dump, 30$…this little park will do the trick. Operators weren’t onsite but were available immediately via text.

This place had the cleanest restrooms I have experienced in my 2 month vacation across the country. I don't have a shower in my little class b camper van, so it was a welcome sight. I felt like I didn't even need my shower shoes. We weren't expecting much, but stopped for a rest late last night because the price was right. It's not a scenic spot, but there are a few shade trees. Full hookups, really nice staff, and immaculate restrooms.
