Struggled with non-accommodating landlords all year. Maintenance guy was kind and helpful other than that little oversight. Throughly cleaned apartment and left it just as it was given to us and still got none of the security deposit back and was the same way with others. Claim to be affordable housing but truly charge you almost the same as the cottages but you get half the space, and no amenities.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The internet was a complete bust the entire year, with it rarely working in the bedrooms and the main apartment. Beyond that, when it was time to get security deposits back, they were delayed and we were over charged for normal apartment wear. Between the 5 of us, we were charged around $1500 for repairs, including replacement of floors and over $400 in cleaning fees, which we had scrubbed that place clean. If you are considering living here, I would recommend going for a cottage, or splurging for a lodge 🙂

My son has been staying here and our overall experience has been a positive one. The premises is well maintained and the staff is Awesome!! They are caring and attentive. The new internet is amazing. I highly recommend River's Edge Apartments to any future students.

This place rocks now that they got the internet fixed! My daughter has been staying here for the last year during school, and it could not be more convenient. The place is clean, SAFE and the staff are ALWAYS on top of anything that is out of place. If you are looking for a place for your student to stay while attending the University of NH, THIS IS THE PLACE!~

Absolutely terrible management. Changed multiple times throughout the year and the apartments aren’t even nice. Mold on the ceilings and the WiFi is terrible. Asked for the WiFi to be fixed multiple times and was just told they were “in the process of getting new WiFi”. Worst part is that there part of our security deposit was taken from us and when asked why they simply ignored us.

Peaceful location with lots of nature. I bike to UNH every day and it only takes me 10 minutes. There's a bike rack right out front so its very convenient.

I have been living in Rivers Edge for two years. During the pandemic the internet was overwhelmed, but it has now been upgraded and is amazing! Would highly recommend living here.
