The food itself is a bit lacking and inconsistent in quality. It's nice to have so close, and there is a large selection of choices most of the time. It's a low tier buffet compared to other buffets.

took 20 minutes to cook noodles with chicken that then ended up being too cooked. Had only one person working the stir fry while a worker stood and watched and didn’t help them.

I absolutely love the dining up here at UNH, there are always great options and sometimes very surprising items on the menu! The other night there were mussels with coconut curry and that was such a delicious dinner to have after a long day of classes.

Foods better than high school food but not as good as good at home cooking

Gourmet buffet-style meals. There is a lot of variety and each night I have visited, there is a different theme that all the food revolves around (for example, the Lunar New Year was celebrated with traditional Chinese dishes). They are accommodating of different food allergies and diets and serve healthy options along with comfort foods. I recommend that anyone in the Durham area stop for dinner there ( $15 per entry).

Great staff. Mike at the stir fry bar is the god damn man! Better organized and managed then Hoco. The seating and atmosphere is definitely preferable as well. I'll walk an extra 10 minutes to go to Philly over Hoco. That being said it is dining hall food it is good not great. With occasional exceptions when it comes to holidays and some of their specialty bars.

It's garbage, no options and no specialty dinners like the mac and cheese bar. On top of that they often have food on their menus that they don't have. The food is often sub par. Overall the changes they made from last year ruined everything. But I know they don't care because they'll keep making money from everyone that gets a meal plan.
