My mom and I blew a tire coming home from Claremont. I was really struggling jacking the car up to put on the donut tire. It was freezing cold out and my hands were numb. Doug is amazing!! My daughter and I were stranded on the highway an hour from home. Hyundai roadside assistance quoted just over an hour for a tow but when the hour came and went I received a call from them saying no one was coming. To say I was upset is an understatement! My dealership got me in contact with another company, who reached out to Rings and Doug saved the day! Within 20mins Doug arrived and drove us the 70miles to my dealership! We had great conversation on the drive and through that I learned what an amazing human he is! Thank you for coming to our rescue!!!

The gentleman today was outstanding, friendly and caring. After waiting 3 hours for my roadside service which did not come and called to say they were not able to support, this gentleman answer the phone right away, was to me within 25 minutes, and drove a long distance to drop off my car, I cannot express the amazing customer service and respect he showed as well as my appreciation for all that he did. Reasonable pricing, just overall a wonderful service, highly highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this company and Douglas. My car broke down in Lempster, NH and I live in central CT. He drove three hours one way and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Fantastic service. Our car stalled during a snowstorm this winter. Rings Towing was fast, friendly and towed our car at a fair price. It was not an easy tow with the weather, but they did a great job. They also made sure my family and I made it safely to a nearby restaurant while we waited for someone to pick us up. Rings Towing went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
