Stayed here July 31 till Aug 7 2021 in the penthouse 3bedroom it was very nice. Was the first time I been to Tampa. Now I wanna move there in some years. Each condo is privately owned. I believe the person we rented from has several on the top floor can’t go wrong with this view and nice amenities. Will be visiting and renting from these people again. They also take care of the outside grounds. It’s all in what you pay for if you want brand new it’s not here. Very kid friendly if taking a family vacation. Hope this helps. There places to walk to restaurants bars shops gas station etc. There also a place you can call to rent beach stuff for the day or week.

Great place to rent a unit. Amazing beach access and views! Each unit is owned and rented through different companies. Pool area is recently updated with lots of space. Great place to spend a week.

Funky older place but very nice. Pool area was clean and well kept. Very close to a quiet beach. Parking was adequate. Nothing special whatsoever, just a very affordable, good spot to stay.

Although an older condo it has been well maintained. Condos are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool area.

We've been renting here with nothing between us and the beach except a spiral staircase and a pool for a decade or more. We love the location. Just Minutes from everything (clearwater / johns pass) but a GREAT place to bring our families.

Very nice place. Close beach access and very nice pool. Parking is why I gave it four stars. There’s 55 units and supposedly 20 spaces but I counted more like 13-14 so you do the math. Maybe 16 if you count the 2 compact car spots. Besides that it was a great trip and good family atmosphere. Highly recommended this place.

Great spot. Not an overly touristy feel to the area, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hot tub is a nice bonus.

This place was great, the room we stayed in (208) had recently been redone and was nice. The biggest thing though was the great views and the beach! The beach was awesome, never felt crowded and access was easy. We stayed on the beach all day till it was sun down than went and got in the pool for a bit. Definitely plan to be back here next year!
