Be sure to visit Penny at the Key West visitor center before booking your excusions. We have used her service on our past two visits to the Keys and have been very pleased with her recommendations. She is very knowledgeable about the various attractions and can save you a few dollars on your booking. She also has valuable coupons for local establishments. I highly recommend this stop.

Amazing suggestions! Definitely recommend checking with them to plan your trip. Penny knew the best restaurants, places to stay, and activities! We did two of the Dolphin Safari cruises (dolphin/snorkeling/sunset
and next day did the sandbar one) based off her recommendations and it was priceless! If we could give 10* we would!

Penny was fabulous! She went above and beyond with the insider scoop to help us accommodate my elderly mom with mobility issues. She knew the exact boat for our comfort and needs. The sunset cruise she recommended was absolutely perfect! We used her again the next day for a snorkeling adventure and could not have been more pleased! I wish we had found her sooner, but will definitely use her again when we come back.

Such a great place! Penny is so welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and share many great suggestions with us. We knew the one thing that we wanted to do was a sandbar trip. Penny was able to seamlessly book a fantastic boat trip for us. She also gave us great dining tips and discounts. We almost didn’t stop in, but we’re so glad we did!

Penny is amazing, she knows the in and outs about everything in the keys. I live in Islamorada and I was shocked how many cool actives she could recommend being two hours away. Her bread and butter is key west she can give you the best deals and recommendations. She is super friendly and her shop is awesome. Definitely save a a lot of money by buying souvenirs from her shop and booking directly with her for excursions in a the keys.
