My wife and I have used Red Carpet Travel multiple times to help us plan and book our vacations. They are amazing! We work with Katie Cravens and could not be happier. In the past I would book our vacations myself and thought I was getting a good deal. A few years ago I thought it would be interesting to see if a travel agency could do a better job than I was doing for myself. That’s when I reached out to Red Carpet Travel and spoke with Katie. Not only did Katie do a better job, she was able to book us in higher rated hotels for less money! She takes care of everything for us, I don’t have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Red Carpet Travel, they are professional, courteous and most importantly they care about their clients. Katie has booked several trips for me, she searched for the best vacations in my budget and I was not disappointed with any of them. Her travel knowledge is very impressive and she is a pro at knowing what resorts, hotels, places of interest, excursions, etc. are good, great, a must or bad, skip it, not worth it at every destination I have inquired about and she has been spot on every time!

She is there to help put together a vacation that I request AND she is there to give her recommendations (which is extremely appreciated)! She has always gone above and beyond! I love that she even checks in AFTER the vacation to make sure everything went well and if not, what could have been done differently to make it better.

I have gone through Red Carpet Travel for a few of my vacations now. I have used Ms. Katie Cravens and she goes above and beyond to help us out. If I had a question she responded as soon as she could. She is excellent when it comes to traveling with children, honeymoons, girl’s getaways or large groups. She set up our trip with a group of 35, a small family getawy and an all girls getaway. She is willing to spend the time with you and make you feel like you are her only client!!!!
