Room was basic and simple. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. Shower was powerful and hot water worked right away. Front desk was business friendly as expected. No issues. Not much to discuss with them. Location was very convenient for my business purpose. Be sure to try out the Forest City Pub for breakfast. We ate ala carte and enjoyed it. Atmosphere was very safe. Parking lot was well lit.

This was a beautiful, huge room I had all to myself. The bed was super comfortable and would love to know the brand. The bathroom was nice with a gorgeous countertop and a mirror that made me look good. They had their own brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The shower had a rain shower. The only small complaint was that the toilet paper was a little far to reach from the toilet and I have never found a hotel that you don't hear people talking in the hall. The individual coffee maker had real coffee cups to use. I will most definitely stay here again.

I walked in the door and immediately felt a difference. Decorated for the Holidays and a beautiful entry. Front Desk welcomed us with a smile and was able to get us in rather early and so grateful. We had a fun day and came back and rested in our HUGE room...comfy bed and simply nothing to complain about NOTHING. So we then say OK let's go to the restaurant for a glass of wine and a bite. That is where the difference really kicked in..Lori! She made us feel so welcome. She even offered the remote just in case the football game was not what we wished. She was charming and made our evening just perfect. Now relaxing. Location is perfect. Rooms are so pretty and really large. I don't think it shows from the exterior but it is special. From the interior for comfort and the staff you make you feel at home.

I was there on business and my client booked the room. This was my first time there and I was impressed!! The room was large, I believe it was considered more of a suite, mainly because it had a separate sitting area. Plenty of parking, a restaurant onsite and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back.

The staff was awesome. The gym was clean and had updated equipment, the room was very clean and comfortable!
I only would give a warning to women close to 50 that the lights and the unforgiving, mean magnified makeup mirror in bathroom will show you the little hairs you never knew you had on your nostrils, wrinkles you were unaware of and all the eyebrow hairs you missed probably for years.
The hotel was great but I am now contemplating botox😀
