I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. The hotel staff was very nice, and the rooms were super clean. There was ample amount of parking, the casino is right across the street, and a lot of food spots around the area. My favorite spot near the hotel to eat is, Olive Tacos.

After a long day of travel, we were kindly welcomed at the Rockford Courtyard. The hotel and room were very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well situated for easy access to many amenities—meals, shopping, gas, etc. and has on-site amenities as well. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at multiple Marriott Courtyard properties, and this is the first time I've been disappointed. It's feels like they took an old Motel 6, and just slapped the Courtyard label on it. Lobby looks like a typical Courtyard property, but it ends there. The hallways were tight, dim and run down. The room is tiny, dusty and not well kept. Mold in shower, dripping faucet, stains on sheets, mattresses old and broken down. Was told by corporate to call the front desk, yet front desk said no managers on duty for three days.

Some friends stayed there and the rooms were nice and the staff very friendly. The lobby was nice and the fireplace was a nice touch.

Positive: The balcony was nice and the bar down in the lobby Negative: My dead bolt on my room didn't work, the pool room was freezing and got closed down halfway through our stay and no breakfast

Bed bugs Room 270. Spoke with the General Manager about the issue and received no apology, simply an offer to put my clothes in their dryer. When I stated that I'd like to wash and dry them, she said they could only dry. When I insisted that that was insufficient, she said the best she could do was check her purse to see if she had any quarters. If this is the best they can offer a Titanium member, I shudder to think of how they might treat the more casual traveler. Go elsewhere, there are numerous options in this area.
