DO NOT STAY HERE!! *BED BUGS!!!!!*

I stayed here on 1/10/25 in room 106 under the name D. Jones. The stay was ok for a 2 star hotel. Until I noticed the next day that I was ATE UP by bed bugs. I have over 15 bites on my arms and legs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The Fairfield across the highway is the best place to stay in the town.

As an out of towner, I was very much drawn to the price and location of this hotel. Unfortunately, I would highly suggest not spending your money here. We arrived very late; our first room did not open so we were reassigned. That was not a huge deal. Our room, however, was filthy. Strong musty smell, dirt all around the edges of the room, shower dirty, sheets and pillowcases snagged. I was traveling with my daughter and arrived at 12:30am. We stayed there the first night. When I approached the staff regarding the situation there was no option of cleaning or reimbursement, nothing. However, the front desk gal was very nice, but she did not have the power to do anything. We checked out early, paid for the two nights we did not use, and went to a different hotel. Do not waste your time or money here.

I travel a lot for business, over 200 nights a year. in my opinion, this is a bottom 10 hotel. It is run down. There are too many maintenance issues to count. Lights burnt out, broken lamps, broken mirrors, paint chipping, and the bed was like a piece of plywood. Even their key cards were worn, and the paper holder was worn out. Really? I will give you the 3 cents to replace it. Breakfast was a cheap joke. I understand contintal breakfast, but every other Quality Inn I have stayed at has a hot breakfast. Its like the owner does not care and is milking every penny from this place. Quality Inn needs to revoke their franchise.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here(Go to the econo lodge across the highway if you are trying to not spend too much). Not having hot water is a crime for a hotel. A quality inn should hold themselves to higher standards. You should be stripped of the name and sanctioned if at all possible. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Fix the problem for your paying customer by any means. Was told won’t have hot water until the morning… okay so is that a guarantee? Yeah didn’t think so. Just what the worker is told to say. This owner should be embarrassed.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on a road trip. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service we received was perfect!

As we traveled across the country, we stayed in several Choice Hotels along the way. This hotel was by far the most disappointing, especially since we paid more for this place than any other. They do charge an extra $100 incidental deposit that is refunded upon check out. (Only hotel on our trip to do so). Though the staff wasn't rude, they were unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our room had an odd oder. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. The outdoor noise overnight hindered us from a good night's sleep. The "breakfast" was very minimal, with a few bagels, granola bars, and some yogurt. The door was locked to the breakfast area, so we made our way in by key card through the fitness room. Upon checking out, we were going to mention a few things, but no staff could be found. So we left our key cards on the desk and left. We recommend finding another place to stay if in the area or driving to another town. There are much better places for the money.

Positive: Check in was quick Negative: This hotel should not be in service. It was so musty and moldy, it was falling apart. The beds were disgusting. The air in the rooms was unhealthy.
