The Pros: convenient to I-70, friendly staff member, good directions when making reservations, long level site, good price point, self check in was easy, good for a quick overnight stop. The Cons: site (11) was very narrow, we have slide outs on both sides and almost couldn't put them out, no picnic table on our site to put our small gas grill on to cook, and honestly, no room for one and still be able to pull thru, large dog in the yard of an old mobile home adjacent to the RV park that barked basically non stop, the rear of our coach drug crossing on to 24 Highway to go to I-70 east. We would probably stay here again, but not in the same site and we would go around the block and not try to cross on to Highway 24 there.

Easy access on and off the interstate.
Level lot.
Sewer. Water. Electric.
Call ahead to know what spot to take. This is setup as an honor system and you drop your payment in a Dropbox.
We stayed 1 night passing through. We kept the truck connected. Super easy.

After a long drive on the interstate thru Kansas it was a welcome stop off the freeway.

Pros - Easy on and off the freeway. Water, sewer, electric hookups with wifi if you need it. Garbage dumpster available. Self checkin, host was a good communicator. Easily fit our 35 foot fifthwheel and truck.

Cons - it's basically a gravel parking lot with hookups. No other amenities like shower house or laundry. Cash only (it would nice if their was a venmo or other cash app payment option with qr code to make payments easy). No shade.

I think for what it is, it's overpriced or it could be nicer. But I guess it isn't KOA pricing which is really the only other close by option.

We left a message wanting to make a same day reservation and received a call from a very nice lady who took our reservation. She mentioned she would send a confirmation text and gave verbal directions to the park. At the very end of the lengthy text we noticed the rule that check-in was not until 3pm with an added fee of ten dollars for early arrival and no check-ins before 1:30. Since our GPS told us we would arrive at noon I called, left several messages and texted to ask about this with no response. We stopped and ate lunch at a Love's and after no response we left messages that we were cancelling and gave feedback that these rules and additional fees really should be mentioned upon making the reservation.

Our truck broke down near Burlington. It was Friday after 6pm when I called Lisa to see if they still have a site for our RV. She immediately helped us and kind enough to wait until Monday to get the payment as our bank card has some problem. Thank you Lisa and Sean!

Self-serve small RV park. Good location. Traffic can be a bit noisy, but not terrible. Surprisingly well-maintained. Cable TV and a decent wifi. Price is right. It's not a luxury resort, but you get a very good stay for a nice price.

Convenient small self serve RV park with no amenities except WI-FI. Conveniently located off I-70 with full hook ups and level sites. No designated dog area, all gravel, no grass. Cash only, good price.
Good overnight stay.

The perfect spot for a night or two. These are simply pull through spots with full hookup. Nothing else. Surprisingly quiet and lit enough to feel comfortable and secure. Animals need a small area (perhaps at the far end) to go potty AWAY from each space, as the owner is trying to grow trees and flowers (urine will kill them). I recommend this spot!
