My wife and I booked a room for 3 nights. The room we were given was not the best. There were other people staying in rooms near us on the first floor that were extremely rude and inappropriate with their comments to my wife when I wasn't present. We spoke with the manager about a refund and he was more than willing to do so. However, he asked us to give him another opportunity by showing us another room on the second floor. I'm glad we did. The room was very clean, private, and quiet. His hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. We will be keeping this location on our list when we travel through this area again. Thank you Jay.

We stayed one night and glad we only stayed one night. The train on rail road tracks woke us up at midnight, and 2 am and 6 am. If you want a quiet sleep, don't stay here. The room wasn't that cleaned, floors sticky, dust all over the light areas. We will not be coming back.

I’m giving 3 stars because I stayed at a cheaper low end hotel on the way into town and it was so much cleaner than this one.
For the price I paid, I had higher expectations compared to the lower end one that I stayed in for a rest on my road trip.
The reviews that mentioned the bathrooms were accurate. It was kind of gross. The tray that holds the ice bucket was gross. The aesthetic of it was nice. It looked nice. The pool was gross on our first night but then noticed the second night it had a heavy chemical smell to it. The staff wasn’t overly friendly but they weren’t rude. The breakfast was pretty good (minus the eggs). It was a nice setup. It did smell like weed pretty badly in the halls.. I had to sign “house rules” saying I wouldn’t smoke but I guess weed doesn’t count 🤦‍♀️. Overall, it wasn’t bad. That’s just my observations of the hotel. I’d definitely stay again.. maybe next time use a booking site instead of paying directly.. that was my mistake.

The rooms were comfortable. Could have been a little bit cleaner... (For example, all of the windows seemed to have a layer of "film" on them...). The pool was interesting. Signs posted said that the spa was undergoing maintenance, but no spa was in sight. No towels were provided by the pool. If you asked the front desk, they would give you some, though...

Positive: Nothing Negative: Cleanliness poor mold on bathroom ceiling, tub n shower needs replacing and they have bugs I saved it. There were no phone service in the room

Positive: I liked its proximity to the Harrington Casino and the strip to get to Dover. Negative: Our curtains were shredded and awful looking. I did not like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. When travelling with friends, you don't want to wash up with them in the same room.

Very mediocre as far as hotels go, but I think that's what they're going for with the pricing. If you do book a hotel room far enough in advance they will just cancel your booking and give you a bullshit reason, which is very shady. In addition, they don't seem to care enough to replace all the linens, leaving us with a dirty bed to come back to on the 4th day of our stay (which was one day later than the signage in their room indicates). The location is garbage as far as destinations go but if you want a quiet place with nothing nearby to go to then I guess it's fine. Overall I wouldn't stay here again if I could help it.

Supposed to be a non-smoking room and it reeks of smoke. The front desk said "but we smoke free". But it was unbelievably smoky and all night smoky.
