We used Pontarelli for our July 2024 wedding to transport our wedding party to pictures and our wedding venue. It was easy to book and make adjustments and they confirmed details a few days before our wedding. They asked for our coordinator and photographer's phone numbers so everyone was in contact with each other in case details needed to change last minute and the day went really smoothly! The bus driver was very timely, our 12 person wedding party + 5 person photo/video/coordinator team all fit and it all worked out! We didn't need the bus for very long and weren't going very many places but Pontarelli was trustworthy and helped keep us on our timeline.

I used Pontarelli's shuttles for my wedding and couldn't recommend them more! First off, the vehicles are so comfortable and luxurious, we received a lot of comments from guests about this! And the drivers were timely, professional, and great at communicating with guests and my planners. Pontarelli's customer service was beyond expectations - I realized the DAY OF the wedding that we weren't going to have enough space on the shuttle for the guests going to the venue (long story!) - so I called and asked if there was anything they could do. They didn't have any other shuttles / drivers available that short notice, but helped find a solution by making two trips, which ended up working out perfectly to get close family there earlier for pictures! The woman I spoke with was so understanding of the situation and I was impressed by how much everyone seemed to care and want to help. Speaks volumes for how the company is run! If you are considering hiring them, especially for a big event that needs to go seamlessly, absolutely choose Pontarelli!

We searched several transportation companies for shuttle service for our wedding, and Pontarelli had the best reviews all around. Pontarelli's service was exceptional. The shuttles were very nice--sleek with comfortable leather seats. Pauline coordinated all of the details and was very accommodating with all of the changes that we made. She was also very quick to communicate. On the day-of, the service was on time and everything went without a hitch. We wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

This is the second time we've contracted Pontarelli for a family wedding in the last couple of years, and we continue to HIGHLY recommend their services. We have found their rates to be very competitive, their customer service/sales staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt, and the driver & security guard were awesome with the wedding party. They have become our first choice in Chicago for transporting large parties (in style!), and we could not recommend them enough.

We're using Pontarelli for the day of our wedding transportation and to use as transport for taking photos. So far the experience has been great. Pauline is extremely responsive and willing to help. I'm hoping that this great service will continue through our wedding day! Pauline worked extremely hard to find the best vehicles for our party size and pricing! I'd recommend reviewing your contract very closely, we had a few items that we had them update for but overall has been a fantastic experience! We're looking forward to using them in the future.
