The bread was really hard, the ravioli was a little under done, but the flavor was great. The waitress Heather was so great and the experience was the best. We have done a few other boat rides by the same company and this was by far the best. Blake was very polite and friendly. He made sure to keep our water glasses full.

Took two cruises from city cruises Chicago today.
The architecture river tour was fun; the dinner cruise however was disappointing, although it had great scenery but the food was not good enough to call fine dining, the restaurant was so smelly, and servers were inexperienced and messed up a few times.

Booked the architectural cruise to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Upon boarding we were led to our table adorned with a rose petaled heart which was a nice touch. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the architectural commentary was both informative and humorous. We had a wonderful time and felt very special. 100% recommend this cruise!!!

I was part of the committee that organized our center's holiday party in December. City cruises was absolutely amazing to work with and the staff at our center enjoyed every moment of the experience! The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful. What a wonderful experience! The breeze off the water made it a perfect night to enjoy a August Summer on the Chicago River! Every moment on the boat was great. The customer service of the staff was exceptional. The food was amazing and the view was phenomenal. Definitely something I enjoyed during my trip to Chicago.
