What a mess. Came here looking for a relaxing vacation and got a total mess. First sheets were not clean, full of sand and bugs. Of course there is no one available on Sunday. Went to cook dinner on the grill. No propane and no one on site or an emergency number to call. Don’t waste your time and money with Plumlee rentals. Go with a service that at least takes care of the basics. Update. Housekeeping did contact us and gave us excuses why the bed sheets were not clean. My guess is no one is taking to time to manage housekeeping. Not taking the time to change the bed sheets is hardly striving for perfection. I find it difficult to believe that we are charged a cleaning fee when we had to wash our own sheets before we could sleep in the bed. Not the best impression after traveling all day to get here. What is the cleaning fee for?

While Fort Meyers continues to rebuild from the hurricane, my in-laws recommended IRB, and the Plumlee location. We booked right away. Since we had never been , I wasn't sure what to expect. It was everything we needed. Very friendly front desk, lots of recommendations on what to do and where it is located. Our room was slightly outdated but I’m not there for the room, it had everything we needed and lots of space. The beach was beautiful, the pool was nice and warm, balcony was great, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the grill was great for dinners. We cannot wait to go back in 2024.

I was a guest with family staying in Crystal Sands 1 at Indian Rock, unit 703. This unit shouldn't be rented, I would be ashamed to take money for this unit. Completely out dated, you have a 10 step instruction list on how to use the wash machine or it say it will break( fix it or get new). We had all the condonet fall down on the deck holding the ceiling fan up, I had to hang it back up. The refrigerator is so old doesn't have ice maker. I could go on and on. This unit should be used to put up homeless veterans or something, but not rent to family on vacation. Stay away from this place. Also, and maybe the most important. The deck rallying is just pvc tubing. You don't want to be leaning or put to much pressure on it you just might fall 7 stories down. Not Safe.

We had a great week. There was an event with the fridge dying, but we were accommodated with a dorm fridge, and a new fridge was delivered in a day. The accommodations were nice. Limited in this particular unit on kitchen supplies, but was doable. We have stayed in many units in the Sand Castle 1 building and will be coming again. The office staff does what they can to help in every situation, and Stephen was excellent in helping us get what we needed for our stay. Thank you to everyone in the Plumlee Rental office for all you do.

We have been going to the Reef Club for 6 years. Each year they make improvements to the grounds. It really has become a resort, large pool, hot tub, tennis and Pickle Ball courts, and a grassy area to relax in. They also have several outdoor games you can play in that area. It’s a very short walk to the beach

Our condo is very spacious and feels like a home. Enough room to comfortably sleep 6. Can’t wait till next March when we can go down there again.

Excellent location and price!! Island Retreat is the best location on the beach we’ve found yet! The condo was dated, but it served our needs just fine. The kitchen had all we needed; my only complaint is that there were no coffee filters. We picked up groceries on the way in, so I had to make a second trip out. Plumlee, a gold/reusable filter would be a great addition. Washer and dryer worked well and we’re very handy. We walked to restaurants easily and cooked and ate on the patio the other nights. Overall, it was quiet and the other tenants were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We contacted Plumlee for a beach vacation for our daughters birthday. They were quick to find us the perfect place. The check in process was smooth and easy. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed along with some extras we didnt expect like beach chairs and noodles and such. The beach was amazing and the pool area was always clean and fun to hang out at! The location of the condo was so great as well. Within walking distance of cute coffee shop and great restaurants! We will be back!

Truly enjoyed the stay for a week at SandCastle 1, Unit 808. The unit was very clearly, nicely decorated for the beach setting. Well furnished in the bedrooms and living room area. Kitchen had everything needed including a coffee pot. The Plumlee representatives were very accommodating and helpful. Easy check-in process. I had one issue with lock not working and contacting them and immediately resolved the problem remotely. The location was terrific, right on the beach so took plenty of walks along the water. But also plenty of food and activities within walking distance or a very short drive. We were very pleased with the unit and feel it was a terrific value. Next time we travel to that area we will start looking here.
