We stayed at the club for 4 nights for our wedding. Absolutely stunning venue if you’re looking for a classic elevated backyard wedding feel. Every detail was perfect and we would get married there every weekend if we could!

The food was amazing, from breakfast, lunch, dinner, to banquet. Service was fantastic. Our guests are still calling to tell us how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was.

Our stay was great. I was in the tower suite and there was plenty of room for my 10 bridesmaids + flower girls and moms coming in and out. I didn’t want to leave!! We actually extended our stay and considered doing it again.

Carla was fantastic!! If you’re planning an event with her you will learn she does everything she can to make your vision come to life.

We spent Valentines at the beautiful mansion/private dining and if I could give this 200 stars I would! The romantic, intimate atmosphere paired with the stunning european, old world charm, not to mention the 5 course dining experience along with the food was absolutely top tier. The most romantic evening I’ve ever experienced!

It is a beautiful setting on the St. John's river. However, the experience was nothing like their website description. My significant other has allergies, and when we entered our room, she was immediately overwhelmed with the smell of mold and mildew. Also, the furnishings were nothing like the picture on the web. The picture showed a beautiful canopy bed, but what we found was garage sale furnishings at best. Although the room did appear to be clean, we could not stay because of the odor of mildew. I must admit, the office staff was very responsive and when I explained the mildew issue and said we could not stay, they immediately reversed the charges on my credit card. Overall, the staff was great, the setting on the river was spectacular, |and it is like stepping back into 1920s Florida. But if you are handicapped or have allergies to mold and mildew, this might not be the perfect place for you.

We stayed in the River Suites the week of our daughter’s wedding, which was held at Club Continental. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, and the grounds were gorgeous! Breathtaking views from the rooms! Very quiet location.

I'm booked to stay for January 1st, 2025. It was a very nice room and a pleasant experience...My wife and I were married 40 years ago and we did our honeymoon at Club Continental and love it due to the historic nature.

Visited the Club Contienal over the weekend to attend a Celabtion of Lee for a fallen Brother.
Very nice grounds to ponder at. A great view of the coast line. I”d say if ya want to chill out on a nice day check it out for yourself

Love this place…. For those who value their peace and a beautiful riverfibt Location, it is perfect. It is an Italian garden with koi in the timeless courtyard. There are the usual amenities that would cost a lot more in a ‘tourist’ area and be unaffordable for most of us in a global city.

I’ve stayed in every room in the original home and have my favorites. We spent a month with my dying mother in the ada suite the last month of her life and the staff could not have been any kinder. We had a nice breakfast overlooking the river every morning. We had the other meals delivered. It’s a very popular location for weddings. From our upstairs terraces, we saw a few of them. People were always well dressed and well behaved.

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Tonight I was a guest for a dinner that was to start at 6pm.

I along with a few other dinner guest arrived at 5:30 and decided to order a few drinks. The bar tender was very rude and did not acknowledge two of us when we asked for service.

We were ushered in for our dinner service at 6pm and at 8pm our appetizer and salads were brought out only after having to ask more than once.

There were 3 separate events happening and it seemed as though they didn’t have enough staff to manage them and our party took the hit.

The meals were delivered to the table and it was lacking in so many ways. The majority of the guests barely touched their plates. I’m completely shocked at what I observed tonight mainly by the staff as they shushed a few of us due to their members being in the shared room and a few of our tables were engaged in conversations.
