Highly recommend using Platinum Travel! We worked with Beth on our destination wedding in Cancun for all of our travel needs. All of our guests used Platinum Travel also and said working with Beth was a breeze! She was able to answer any questions we had promptly. If we had a question about the resort or wedding details, she reached out the to them immediately. On travel days, she always checked in to make sure everything ran smoothly, and sent detailed itineraries to all of our guests. Beth was able to help with everything from wedding details, airline questions, and private transfers to and from the airport. Definitely use Platinum Travel if you are looking for someone with great communication, attention to detail, and very knowledgeable about all things travel.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Beth Thompson from Platinum Travel Services to plan a Florida Red Sox Spring Training vacation for my family. From the initial conversation with Beth about wanting to find good rates for airline, hotel, and rental car bookings, to the special enhancements and experiences she got for us, Beth demonstrated exceptional service and went well above and beyond to create a vacation we will remember.

Reaching out to the travel agent:
I reached out to Beth about a month and a half before our trip, wanting to make it a once-in-a-lifetime experience for my 99-year-old mother-in-law, a lifelong Red Sox fan. Beth assisted us in acquiring plane tickets, finding a beautiful beachfront hotel in Fort Myers, and arranging a rental car. She handled everything with efficiency and professionalism.

Hotel and transportation:
Despite the ongoing rebuilding in Fort Myers due to a recent hurricane, Beth managed to find us an amazingly gorgeous resort right on the beach. The airline treated us well, and the rental car staff and hotel staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

Unexpected special enhancements:
What absolutely surprised and impressed me about Beth was her dedication to providing extraordinary experiences. I had only told her that we were treating my mother-in-law to the two opening Red Sox games – that I had the tickets in hand but needed to plan the rest of the trip.

She proactively contacted the Red Sox on our behalf and secured a VIP package. While she highlighted the specifics of the package were not guaranteed, her efforts paid off.

We had the opportunity to be behind home plate and meet some players during batting practice. Mary knew every player she saw and got to speak to a few of them. And, never one for attention, Mary was awestruck to see herself featured on the Jumbotron during both games: “Welcome, Mary Powell, 99 years young, long-time Red Sox fan”!

We reached out to Platinum Travels early in the Spring for a Christmas family vacation. We wanted an adult only all inclusive resort and we have two adult children who live in different states. Bethany worked with us by providing resorts within our price range and we were able to decide which resort would best fit our family. She then worked on air travel to get us all together on the same day.
We had a wonderful time at the resort for the six days we were there. We had mentioned to Bethany that we would be celebrating our 24th anniversary, and the resort came into our room while we were at dinner and decorated our bed with rose petals and palm stems in a beautiful design. We had one issue that popped up with getting the times the shuttle was picking each of us up at the resort to head back to the airport. So unfortunately we had to reach out to Bethany on Christmas day. She was very helpful in directing us to who we needed to speak to.
We will be traveling again next Christmas and will use Platinum Travel to set up our vacation for my husband and I. We would definitely recommend working with Platinum Travels for your vacation needs.
