Food tour continues through New Hampshire. We popped into @peterchristiansnh in New London, which had a great ambiance. Had a bloody mary and wedge salad. Thanks, Cheri, for taking care of us, we'll be back on a Friday night in the near future to visit 😀

First and last time customer. Myself and my wife went here for dinner tonight to a good meal but not so good service. The food is good as well as the atmosphere, however the experience was ruined by our server trying to shave off the change(stealing). Our meal was $65.79 we paid $100 cash got $26 exact back. Now I'm not great at math but something doesn't add up. No return receipt was given with our change and when I tried calling the waitress over she ignored me twice when it was very clear who's attention I was trying to get. On the 3rd attempt of getting her attention it clicked she wasn't getting rid of us. Told her she short changed us, she gave no protest but didn't verify it either and gave us ten back. She never gave her name, but is about 5'5-5'8 brunette, young, and wearing all black. If a manager reads this tonight I would keep a sharp eye out on your drawer cause this girl has loose fingers. Funny thing is we would have tipped 15% which was right around $10 if it wasn't for the dishonesty. Left a $3 tip and won't be returning.

Nice tavern. Food was good (although not spectacular). The cocktails were excellent and the bartender was great. She had an amazing energy and made everyone happy. The decor inside is interesting and reminded me of taverns in Europe. They have a nice selection of draft beers too. Will definitely recommend people to stop by and grab a bite and some libations.

I definitely miss the old Peter Tavern that used to be located in the middle of New London, New Hampshire. The new location doesn't quite capture the rustic charm of the original, but some of my favorite dishes are still available, like the Reuben and bread pudding. However, during my last visit, the service wasn't great. I was seated in a rather awkward spot, which I wasn't happy about. In my previous visits, though, I had better seating, and the food was generally acceptable.

A great place to eat breakfast or dinner. Go to the bar area, as the atmosphere is better there for a drink and food. We had their breakfast and the selection was great. We had the California eggs Benedict and quiche of the day.
Try the pizza it’s delicious too.

I came here for a late lunch. The atmosphere is very nice with a lot of dark wood. The service was very prompt, and although my order was delivered incorrectly, it was quickly rectified. The veggie burger was fairly standard (the pickles were the highlight), and the fries were actually the best part! The French dip was fine but the au jus was rather bland. This is a decent place overall, but I don’t know that I would specifically come back to eat here again. The prices were good and lower than expected.

I attended the soft opening. The food was some of the best have had in this area in a long time. The fresh clean look of the new tavern nice. Its open but still has a cozy rustic feel. I will be dinning here on the regular with family and some adult nights with friends. Bacon wrapped pork tenderloins was amazing. Don't overlook the poppers or wings

This place is awesome, super cool and relaxing atmosphere at 4:00 pm in town for a Dr appointment and wanted something to eat before heading back south. Drinks were very good and it only took a few minutes, the French dip fries is very good. The place is clean and the bartender was very friendly
