Perkins has arrived travel for 4-7 mission trips for many years now. They are very dependable and we can rely on them to take care of our travel needs. They can work with the airlines to get us what we need in ways only an agent can, and they ensure everyone in our groups are on the correct flights. Perkins Travel has helped our organization, Medical Aid to Haiti, arrange an average of 4-6 group trips to Haiti for over ten years I believe. Donna Zapatka and all of the staff at Perkins goes above and beyond to help us with sometimes very complicated arrangements and somehow makes the impossible happen (fees waived, vouchers obtained, tickets changed). She is always accessible and all the staff are pleasant and helpful if Donna is not available. I trust them to keep us all on the same flights, get the best deal possible and save us all kinds of snafus- airline, weather, etc. * Donna Collins was equally wonderful in helping us before Donna Z took over helping our team.
I now entrust all our personal travel arrangements to Perkins. Using Perkins has saved me tons of time searching for "deals" that are not really deals. I can enjoy a vacation without the stress of planning and know Donna Z can "right the wrongs"- Aer Lingus overcharged us for luggage, and she got our money back.
