Great facility. Spottlessly clean. Comfortable too for those waiting for lessons or those watching lessons. The trainers are kind and positive but also safety conscious and sticklers for correct form and technique. If you live in Bartlet, Hanover Park, Streamwood, Elgin of Schaumburg it's extremely convienant, located just past Bartlet Road and Bode Road down a quiet country road.

Great place to learn how to ride.... If you're female.

I somehow managed to get a couple bookings in late last year after difficulty trying to get in contact with anyone. Carmen was set as my instructor. I managed to get in about 4 lessons and then it started getting increasingly difficult to book any other lesson. I was told to contact Carmen via text message to book my lessons, yet she would respond to me less and less. I had to initiate all but 1 or 2 of our communication and classes. At the moment my last lesson was over 4 months ago and I have not heard a single response back for her in over a month as well.

I don't believe I was ever rude in any of our interactions, or ever gave her any provocation to dislike or ignore me. Carmen has always been an incredibly cold instructor though, she would never greet me or give me any tips or input either before or after the lessons as she would do any of her other female students. I would just come in get situated and she would correct me only during the given time frame I was given. I have since switched to a different company and I have learned more in two sections that I have done in my entirety at Perfecta Farms. I don't know if this is a instructor failing or a company-wide failing. I have tried reaching out to their office again to try and figure out what's going on, but again I have been completely ignored, by even the head office.

Considering how every single negative review about this company seems to be written by a male I would have to assume it's quite a SEXIST establishment. If you're a female who would like to get into horse riding this is definitely a very nice place to go to, but men are clearly not welcome here.

I absolutely love this barn! I've been riding here for almost 3 years and it's easily the best barn I've ridden at. All of the trainers are so nice and you can tell that they really care about their students. The horses that I've ridden have been amazing and very well behaved. This is a great place for both experience riders and beginners! Highly recommend!

it looks professional on the outside, but inside it's different, not professional, trainers discriminate against children and don't approach classes professionally Don’t STOP on this place ( you can stop only for free kompost )

This barn is amazing! I am an adult just starting out and the trainers are amazing! The scheduling system and exclusive private lessons really sets them apart! Excellent place for kids who are looking for high quality training! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome!

This is the place, if you want to show competitively or just take a lesson on a seasoned horse. They have trainers for both A & B circuit. Great training for both horse and rider. I can't say enough great things about this barn.

It's a clear and nice place. I tried to call but no one answered the phone on Sunday May 4th 2019 and the website says it's open 7 days a week so we drove there and the lady ask if we called I told her we did so she replied you should have waited for them to call us back.. Maybe she was not the manger or people person.. Thank you any ways we enjoyed the car ride 40 mins each way..
