Very unpredictable staff with promises on pricing, call on Monday morning speak to Depak you get one price call again same day call speak to other staff different price. Plus Their driving habits are horrific specially the owner of the blue Lexus with the vanity plate name of the business and they are an unsafe driver causing the elderly to almost have an accident

We had to cancel our flights due to accident. Mrs Shah would not provide us with the itinerary with the fees charged. Insurance company would not accept just the credit card statement with charges on it and refused to credit us without the itinerary showing charges on it.
