Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I had to call for my parents in order to receive information for their upcoming flight. It’s nearly impossible to get them to answer the call. It takes multiple, repeated calls for them to finally answer only to put you on hold and forget about you. I will never recommend them and will definitely help my parents find an agency that actually wants to help their customers.
