First, shortly after ordering we got a phone call saying it was too late to order. The flyer we had said food was available until 1:00 am and it was almost 9:00 pm. We were told our payment would be refunded. We then ordered delivery from a fast food restaurant. We were about to eat the fast food delivery when Order Inn delivered our original order! We decided to refrigerate the fast food and out the delicious looking Italian food. Generous portions, hot and included bread sticks. We had a piece of cake to share. My sister was full and we both had a substantial amount of food leftover. I ate half of a piece of the cake. It tasted fine, nothing great but nothing bad. Less than an hour later I felt nauseous. I spent the rest of the night vomiting what was obviously chocolate cake. It was a terrible end to the evening. I didn't feel better until mid morning and was unable to attend an important event. The dinner was pricey, we ended up with two orders, and we lost money on the event.

They must have some outstanding branches according to a lot of these reviews, but unfortunately the Albuquerque, NM branch isn't one of them. The first time I ordered they canceled my order without letting me know. I waited for almost two hours before giving customer service a call for them to tell me. Second time I received the completely wrong order. Completely forgot my drink, too. Called customer service and they were rude, direct, saying I received what I ordered after repeating multiple times that I did not. There was definitely a language barrier. I went through a string of different calls for the next couple of hours until they finally agreed to just a PARTIAL refund. Haha. That's funny, guys. Long story short, I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company to get my money back. They never partially refunded me or refunded me anything for that matter. Horrible experience and definitely won't be trying again. I've alerted the Best Western and told them they shouldn't be in partnership with this horrible company. They said I am not the first person to tell them that. Go figure. Two thumbs down.

Stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Polo Towers to celebrate my birthday weekend. Ordered breakfast Saturday 10am for my family to be delivered, they called said they were delayed maybe 15 more minutes to be delivered, waited 1hr 30 minutes, still didn't arrive, Called Customer Service for a status check about 5 phone calls later, 3 more hours passed, was late for a 1230pm meeting, and a 2pm High roller Birthday ride with a friend. Food was delivered but refused because food is not safe to consume sitting out over 4hrs. My kids ended up getting faster service from door dash. A very disappointing day. My order was refunded. I have no pictures to add because my food didn't arrive on time.

Food is soooooo good. Best pizza I’ve ever try in US. Also the wing is so juicy. Highly recommend.

So I used this service for the first time last night after a LONG day at UCDavis. The App was straight forward and easy to use.

We went with Aegean Flavor Bistro which was the service provided by Jayna Gyro, a place I had wanted to try, so win!

Some may argue the prices are a little high when you add the service fee and delivery fees, might try and order directly from the location next time, but the food was lovely.

Fast delivery and the gyro was immensely filling. I had originally contemplated getting a few sides as well, but glad I didn't as I was very satisfied after finishing it 🥰

All in all, good service.

I'm visiting at The Leo Collection Detroit Ascend Hotel in Detroit. I ordered at approx 6:12 p.m. and didn't receive my order until 7:49 p.m. There were no condiments nor silverware included. The food was horrible for the price I paid for it. My chicken quesadilla was burnt, tasteless, and missing sour cream and salsa. My husband's grilled chicken sandwich and mac and cheese didn't make the cut. Very disappointed!!!

Food was great... service was fast and courteous. Prices of food were uncharged too high with additional handling and delivery plus tip we paid 2 times what dining in would have been. We probably won't use this service again. $26 if we dined in cost us $60 with this service! Just be prepared. 😉
