Stopped at BK in terminal #3 on my way to evening flight on 8/20. I ordered the Junior Whopper combo. Probably the best Jr Whopper I've ever had. I went back up to the counter and thanked the cook.

Sat at the bar at A gate(near A15). The bartender Jake K was the worst. Joined the line for first round and second round although my husband and I were sitting at the bar. He was relieved for a break by Neil who was great and attentive to everyone around the bar. We ordered a around from Neil and it was 23.70. The same round was 36.50 from jake. Very disappointed. It’s bad enough we pay the jacked up prices but having to deal with a rude and non attentive bartender 🤷🏻‍♀️ He would have got another round from us but after sitting there for 30 mins waiting for him to come to us we just gave up. Jake seems like he’s been with the company for ever. Maybe re-train him. Customer service is important!!!!

Had a drink at the Budweiser bar and Robert was incredibly pretentious, loud, inappropriate and provided absolutely no hospitality during my visit. They really need to look into removing him from payroll. Then again, visitors are forced to endure this type of horrible service. Even his drunk customer and the bartender who returned was telling him to not be rude at his next cover shift. So unfortunate for guests visiting.

If I could put this a star lower I would this place is disgusting and terrible. Me and my family had to wait in McCarin National Airport for 8 hours in the T3 ticketing section to get out bags checked. For 8 HOURS the only food in this place is the grab and go that they have and I decided to buy a few things, only to find moldy cheese, stale meat, and it was all for the low price of $7 for a small snack tray. It is insanity, their customer service helpline which was nearly impossible to call and get ahold of is absolutely mind numbing and terrible. They did not get my message but maybe this will help someone else just decide to wait and not go with this trash..

I used my debit card only once in Vegas and it was at your stand in front of c14 and my card was clone. This is crazy. Please be extracarefull. I tried to call the company and I only got answer machines. Still waiting for the phone call back. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered a glass and I paid $24 +tax+Tip, which were already added in the app!!!! 😡
Ended up paying $30+ for a “premium wine” because the server she never mentioned that they didn’t have the housewine but she recommend double shots to my partner for a couple of more bucks!🤬😡🤬 … that was a cheap wine of no more than $16 for a housewine at any airport!!🤯
