I've always been a fan of Next Adventure, they're always just good people. I'm a big fan of their internal brand as so much of backpacking and camping gear has gotten so expensive and they reduce the barriers to entry for people to get outdoors.

I was inspired to write this review because I had ordered something online for in-person pick up. I called as I have a camping trip that I'm leaving for and the person was able to expedite a second truck from their warehouse to make sure that they fulfilled my order sooner than they would normally. To me, it's the definition of customer service and I think it's worth celebrating.

This has been my primary adventure gear store for ages, and I can't speak about it highly enough. The employees are always super friendly and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable, the gear selection is top-notch, and the bargain basement usually offers dangerously inexpensive deals. Recently I had a customer service interaction with this company that has left me beyond impressed. I'm definitely a loyal customer and will keep coming back as long as I'm above ground. Consistent good customer service & inventory. Just bought new snowboard boots with help from Cole & Joey, and appreciated their expertise, opinions, and listening to my needs and adjusting the options I tried on. The bargain basement has also boasted great finds for me for YEARS! I am a very happy repeat customer.

A sports place that has everything for the outdoor enthusiasts. Go downstairs and check out the bargain basement for great prices and deals. There is a lot to see. Friendly staff. Check out how they help the shelters and other people. It's awesome that a company is looking out for others.

An excellent excellent excellent store. Huge selection. Staff are just absolutely the best and definitely know what they're doing.

Every time Ive needed help Ive gotten some wonderful advice and guidance and they truly seemed like they wanted to help me find the best product for my needs instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive.

The basement is a wonderful and dangerous place, because its very much a "Ya know, I could use a new [Blank]..." and since its a quality second hand product, it will assuage your consumerist guilt if you're a dweeb like me.

We got great service from the guys in the bouldering department. Not pushy, but helpful in finding wide shoes. I found some great $17 shoes in the bargain basement. And I got a discount for being a member of s local gym. Everyone was friendly and not overly bro-y.

This is a great store on the main floor and consignment in the basement. If you are looking to try out a new recreational hobby but want second hand gear at a good price, the basement is for you. Upstairs is well laid out with great brands and the staff is nice and helpful. Just be mindful that there is only street parking in the surrounding commercial neighborhood.
