The Heber Historic Inn has a unique charm. It’s 100 years old and the owners have made and are continuing to make update to bring it back to life. It is right across the street from the city park, which is great for kids. And it’s a nice walk to downtown Heber Springs. My family really enjoyed the lounge area for games and complimentary coffee. The management is prompt to respond and the on-site staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Heber Historic Inn when you visit Heber Springs.

PROS: located across from Springs Park. Very affordable rates and easy check-in. Management was easy to contact.
CONS:
-heating and air is not controllable and ceiling vent blows directly on the bed. (we froze in early April in room 204)
-Shower stall is very small and there was only one bath towel and one washcloth.
-road noise is very loud and interior noise is loud. (talking, walking on the wood floors, etc.)
-pillows were very small

would not recommend until further upgrades are completed. It would be ok maybe for one night but not multiple nights.

Charming & unique Inn with an incredible staff that makes it feel like home. Conveniently located by shops & restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean & spacious with all amenities included. Overall great place to stay if you're looking for a fun & relaxing getaway.

I am really loving my stay here.Alway on top of repairs..always there for you if needed ..I love the Inn,the room,amenities and the other guests as well..you become family here.
