Good and rude and harsh talking down at you staff... When it's the certain times stated on the wall inside the shelter to open the shed to retrieve something in your locker some staff will refuse to open it for us..... Was there for 6 weeks. The turnover off the housing coordinators is insane. The one I had was great. Nice person.. professional and returns your calls back... Made you feel like a human and not some homeless bum... Help center was great helping you with your mail.. ECT.. Barbara and Rick are awesome people...

This place has turned into a dump and the staff there are horrible. The people running it are corrupt. It's actually really sad. Too bad too, they are helping themselves, not anyone who actually needs it.

It’s quite amusing. Everyone keeps each other entertained.. lol. I didn’t think I would say this, I’ll say. I’ll recommend it to anyone who is in need of help in housing, food, shelter, medical, and much more.

I’m glad I took the leap into giving it a try… the housing department going to cover deposit and first months rent that will go towards an apartment. Once the client establishes a rental agreement and then the housing department will also purchase furniture and food to get the person started..!!

I felt so much relieved after. Less stress and worries.

MAHALO NUI (much appreciated) to the staffs for giving their hard work and dedication to sticking in with helping all those that is seeking needs.. ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible services. Won't help you unless you are receiving food stamps. Things are constantly getting stolen and missing either by the staff or the people admitted. No good communication between staff and the admits. Staff doesn't even follow their own rules. Staff also power trips and and is very unprofessional when handling troubling situations. My partner got kicked out the shelter due to a group decision however when asked and asking who was apart, everybody denies having involvement. Claiming she wasn't meeting with the people she needed to meet with (which she was) all because of being sick for a week. By far one of the worst shelters ever seen.

The staff are wonderful and friendly, the place is clean and they ensure it by not letting outside food in the building. However, I'm giving it 3 stars due to the fact that I had to request my AHS funds twice. That money is supposed to be returned when the client finds a new place to live. I desperately needed the money for cold medicine but still have not received the money. Do NOT pay 50% of your check to them because there is no guarantee that you will get it back.

Very helpful staff. It requires patience and persistent inquiries to get placement in the shelter in most cases. A place to shower and do laundry during the day or to receive mail or help with a resume. Donated clothes put out daily....

People at the front desk making it seem like their jobs are so hard. Majority of them are rude, and try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. They give you a number to call to check on the "waiting list", of which nobody ever picks up or returns calls even if you leave a voicemail, or send them an email.
