Fay planned our dream vacation to Italy and it was absolutely amazing! She took care of every detail, arranged all our travel logistics, excursions, hotels, etc. Every vendor/ venue was wonderful. A dream vacation is only as good as the down-to-earth details, and Fay deHaas handled those with the precision of a Swiss clockmaker, even though our trip was in Italy. From flights to hotels to trains, the trip went without a hitch. She even responded to our last-minute whim and arranged a one-day bus tour while we were abroad without a hiccup.

Fay is the best. Took care of all of our plans, soup to nuts. Didn't have to worry about a thing. First class service, and the cruise itself is just a lifetime of memories for our friends and family. Can't thank you enough...I will be back!
