Poorly operated facility. Discovered our horses were intentionally being fed the moldy hay from the hay barn floor. Shortly later, our mustang mare coliced and passed away on site. I was charged an extra $100 to use the tractor to load her into my trailer for burial. New management is desperately needed. Heartless and unwelcoming facility.

This wonderful ranch is has a friendly, kind, and helpful group of folks that work there and board there. And extra kudos to Janet Titus, who has helped me feel welcomed and introduced me to other riders. And the place itself has so many great options for keeping your horse, from box stalls to large community corrals. The place is well kept and run, and there are no big dramas like at other ranches. All types of riding are supported. I can't imagine a better place to keep my horse.
