I want to thank Jenny for creating all my travel for my vacation. She did an amazing job even with a couple of hiccups. She calmed my nerves several times. I traveled by air to Florida for a quilting cruise, then took a plane to New Orleans. Was planning on taking a train to Palm Desert but had an issue which Jenny worked her magic and was able to get a flight instead a day early to Palm Desert. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends and I will use her again for my travels. Here are a few pictures from my travels. Enjoy through my pics

I want to thank Jenny from the bottom of my heart for a fabulous trip she set up for me. I traveled to Florida for a seven day Caribbean quilting cruise, then traveled to New Orleans onto Palm Desert. There were a few hiccups but everything went well. Had a wonderful trip and met some nice ladies. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you Jenny ?✈️?

I highly recommend Jenny for vacation planning. I had not worked with a travel agent before and was not aware of all the benefits. She helped us plan a vacation to Scotland for six people and made sure we got the trip of a lifetime. Her attention to detail and personalizing the trip to our specifications and interests was outstanding. The driver we had said this was the most impressive trip agendas he had worked with. We did not have any issues on our trip but I liked knowing that if we encountered a problem we would have an experienced professional to help us. We will definitely be using Jenny in the future for our trip planning!

Jenny was incredibly patient and helpful in planning our all inclusive resort vacation to Mexico. This was especially true during the Covid-19 pandemic and its accompanying shutdowns. We had to essentially rebook our entire vacation due to precautions regarding Covid. When we requested to move the trip to a later date, Jenny did not hesitate! She immediately got to work, and did all the necessary legwork in order to make our trip fun, safe and, and most importantly, memorable. We will definitely reach out to Jenny in the future when planning our next vacation out of the states. I highly recommend Jenny for your travel plans!

After the loss of our local Fort Bragg travel agent I found Celtic Heritage in Willits. Jenny is GREAT to have as a constant travel guide regardless of where she, in my case she was in Europe. Jenny always got back to me quickly & also had her friend Rita available for back up if needed. All details of my trip to Boston were perfect. I will be calling Jenny next & every time I travel for sure.

Celtic Heritage Destinations is invaluable to us in helping arrange our travel experiences. This review will be specific to our June 2023 cruise to Norway on Holland America Rotterdam, with several days in Amsterdam before and after. If you are going to Norway, a cruise is the ideal travel mode, as exploring fjords and waterways is really such a large part of the adventure. Such unspoiled beauty! Norway and Norwegians work very hard at keeping their waters and lands clean and beautiful. We experienced many fewer plastic bottles and no single use bags in the ports we visited. The ports on this cruise were all absolutely beautiful and easily walkable. We pre-arranged 2 shore excursions which were both nice, though the one in Oslo felt rushed - it tried to cover a lot of ground in 3.5 hours where we could have used a bit more time on the stops. The one in Flam was wonderful with stops at a historic hotel and an amazing waterfall (Tvinde Falls). At the other port stops we self-explored the towns and found them charming and beautiful. A last-minute port change did not pose a problem as the new stop was lovely. Regarding Holland America and the Rotterdam, there are a few things to note. Single use plastic bottles are not allowed on the Rotterdam, so bring a reusable water bottle if you go - there are water filling stations in the buffet area and you can get bottled or canned water at any bar. If you buy a drink package, they are free up to your drink maximum per day. Rooms were on the small side, though the outdoor deck in our balcony cabin was spacious and we were so glad for it. Cabin stewards were super helpful and attentive, though I got the impression they were responsible for quite a few cabins. Our steward stopped by a short time after departure to introduce himself, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness upon arrival was not great - and also not surprising in that the crew has about 3-4 hours to turn the ship between disembarkation of the prior voyage's passengers and embarkation of the new group. Food on the Rotterdam was just OK (in our opinions) overall. We ate twice at specialty restaurants (Nami sushi and its sister restaurant, Tamarind). Both were very nice and the pricing was quite reasonable. The dining room and buffet experiences were not great. There was a large selection at those venues but the food quality was mediocre and we had many instances of table and drink ware not being clean. Service gets a B from us - though not from lack of effort. We got the idea every service member on the ship was overworked, and we noticed it right away. Holland America adds an automatic gratuity of $16 per day, per passenger to your bill, but they didn't offer a way to give a little extra to any service staff member. I feel they should have done that, although on such a large ship it was difficult to find personal service except with the room steward. The other issue we experienced with Holland America was their transfer process. If you pre-arrange hotel/airport transfers and then have to make a change, the policy is to charge a cancellation fee for not using the service, even though the transfer is only large busses to the airport and not personalized. Our initial transfer from airport to hotel was great, hotel to ship was around 20 minutes late, though we had plenty of time that day so it did not present a problem. If I had one piece of advice to give when planning any international excursion such as a cruise, I would say arrive a couple days early and don't arrange a departing flight the same day as disembarkation. Jenny helped us rectify our mistake in that regard (so appreciated). Regarding our hotel stay in Amsterdam (Amsterdam Marriott) - it was not the best Amsterdam hotel we've stayed at but we ended up liking the location. Summary ratings: hotel: 3/5, cruise/provider: 3/5, destination (Norway): 5/5; travel advisor: 5/5.

Our 2 week trip to Greece was planned by Jenny at Celtic Heritage Destinations. We went every place we had asked to see without any rush or confusion. Every transportation driver was on time and every tour guide was timely, knowledgeable and friendly. We had just enough free time to relax and enjoy the pool and explorations on our own while the tours got us all over the country and islands to learn about the interesting Greek history and see the cities and countryside. It was exactly what we wanted, to see it all yet not be with a big tour group. Thank you Jenny for planning our beautiful trip.
