We love living here! Pet friendly and the staff is extremely hospitable. We are very thankful for all they do to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. Big thanks to Felix who takes care of all of our apartment and community needs he really is like a super hero. He knows everyone by name and their pets! They put on amazing event even movie nights, and random candy door drops for fun. We are big fans of Mill Commons, and highly recommend living here!

Moving to Mill Commons after selling our home has been a wonderful experience. Kenia was generous with her time as we toured the facility and discussed our transition from house to apartment. She recognized our priorities and was immediately responsive to any requests. It is because of her that we now enjoy a beautiful, private unit that is also large enough for us to avoid additional storage costs. Our dog plays at the on site dog park, and the community areas to BBQ & visit are lovely. So happy we chose Mill Commons!

Felix, the maintenance man at this apartment complex is a true gem. He responds to issues immediately and is able to fix most things very quickly and completely. If an issue requires the item or parts of it being replaced, he’s on it right away so that the issue, whatever it might be, is resolved as quickly as possible. We residents are really fortunate to have him on staff!!👍🏻👍🏻

Outstanding management team. I have lived there for three years. The maintenance team is very responsible. Every time I called to report a problem, they are always quick to respond. Great apartment. During Covid, I have to move out of the state, the property manger are very kind and flexible about my lease and give me much needed time to arrange my move. Really appreciate their understanding and compassion!

We live in apartment community since 2008 in USA and this is first one in CT. We never seen such an amicable management ever. They are like our family members. We are here for the past 2 yrs and enjoyed a lot!!! We will be missing this community and going back to our country. In future surely will come to this community if we come back. Our kids enjoyed well as this is a school district. Every month fun events encourages an atmosphere of community and fellowship. We got new friends here and they are lovely. Nice playground and grill area for kids to mingle with each other. Garbage area is well maintained. Vegetation management is well organized. Snow cleaning is excellent during winter. Club house is well maintained with Gym. Our kids love to eat snack from there when they return from school every day. The maintenance staff is professional, friendly, and prompt.

We relocated to Simsbury from the South last year and discovered Mill Commons after months of researching and visiting various apartment communities. One of the things we love most is the location to downtown which is all within walking distance. Mill Commons grounds and dog park are beautifully maintained and landscaped. Most recently the management has held fun events that encourage an atmosphere of community and fellowship. Felix is AMAZING if anything in our apartment should need attention. Highly recommend 🙂
