A horrible experience because of these two very arrogant shuttle operators. Our initial ticket return time was at 19:15. We wished to board the shuttle at an earlier time, 16:00, and the man in the photo began shouting aggressively that it’s 10€ while waving his hands, raising his voice and moving in our direction threateningly when we asked why we need to pay an extra 10 euro. I asked the operator why he’s shouting, he said 10 euro or move out of the way. I asked again, why he’s shouting and he asked his colleague what I’m saying. The woman in the picture then told us that for changing the return time on the shuttle is an extra 5€ cost per person, after which she said that she recognized us from the previous bus. I then said thank you and thanked her for explaining, I reached for my wallet in order to pay for the fee. She then said “unfortunately you cannot board the shuttle since there are no more seats available and since the shuttle driver decides who gets on and who does not, you will be returning with me at 19;00 back to Milan. You will not board, you will wait.” My friend and I sat down on the bench, I began writing this review as they kept allowing people on the shuttle bus. My friend then approached the woman and told her we had noticed she had allowed 8 other people after she had told us there is no more room and accepted to let her pay for our tickets once they noticed that I will report their verbal abuse, arrogance, and abuse of power they had both demonstrated. Unfortunately we were not the only ones to have been put in the same situation today. A terrible example of customer service, a clear indication of abuse of power and a complete lack of professionalism.

Day Trip :from Milan to Interlaken and Swiss Alps

We started the trip from in front of the Central Station at 7 am,
waiting for us our wonderful driver and our
wonderful guide Florenso

We took the bus to Domodossola for about an hour and had breakfast in the town it was very beautiful then got on the train station and headed to Spiez in Switzerland and then we headed to Lake Thun and the most beautiful lake trip began.

It was a very nice and enjoyable trip and the lake trip ended in Interlaken. We toured the wonderful city and had free time to see the sights and buy Swiss chocolate.

At the end of the trip we took the train with the guide and headed to the city of Domodossola and then to Milan by bus The trip was so wonderful I didn't feel the time and the driver was great and the guide Florenso was so wonderful and very organized he’s amazing despite the difficulty of organizing the trip it was helpful and kind and calm
I definitely recommend this trip to visit Switzerland and enjoy.

Finally I want to say a deep thanks to the guide Florenso and the drivher

I had an awful experience with Zani Viaggi. I boarded the 10 am bus to the Serravalle outlet and was supposed to return at 5:15 pm. However, they didn’t provide a return ticket, and I only had an online copy. When it was time to return, the bus drivers refused to let me on, leaving me stranded 1.5 hours away from Milan with no alternative transportation options (no Ubers available and a 2-hour train journey back).

The drivers of both buses refused to help, pointing fingers at each other and offering no assistance. One of the drivers even slapped my hand when I asked for his name. Their behavior was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I was left helpless, struggling to find a way back with all my luggage. This company’s lack of responsibility and care is unacceptable. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Avoid them at all costs!

I visited the center to book a shuttle bus to Designer Outlet Serravalle for two people at a cost of €50. Unfortunately, they only offer limited return times, so if you depart at 11:00 AM, the only available return time is 7:15 PM. If you want to return earlier, you have to check with the bus driver for available seats and pay an additional €5, making the total ticket price €30 per seat. Otherwise, you're bound to the preset schedule.

The office also offers tickets for all major tourist destinations around Milan, including the ferry to Lake Como. They also have a small collection of souvenirs.

Know before you book!

1. Promoted one hour travel time to Serravalle is not true. Used several times and last time took 1h40min with normal traffic. The driver had difficulties to exit the city centre. In addition driving 85-90kmh speed entire time, instead of allowed 100kmh for bus (130kmh highway).

This way the time at Serravalle will be much shorter for visitor!!!

2. Promoted WiFi not available in the bus!

3. Drivers super rude for customers, do not make mistake and ask the driver anything.

This used to be nice option, but no longer.

My husband and I booked this very last minute day tour to Lake Como and Bellagio. via Viator a day before the trip.Thought the price was just a little high for what it was. There was a slight misunderstanding on the picking up from hotel and though I chose this option,it could be an issue from the website that didn't register this option. One thing I would definitely say is our tour guides were very knowledgeable and Informative with a lovely attitude. Everything was very much bang on time in terms of leaving and meeting at the points mentioned throughout the trip. The trip itself was memorable and the boat trip was the best part with scenic views. We were lucky the weather was warm. My only suggestion for the tour is to extend the time in Lake Como town centre by an hour so we actually get time to explore the town. Other than that the whole trip was enjoyable and I would recommend it!

Don't use this service.

Purchased Milan transport passes online. No indication on the website nor in the email that I had to go pick them up. Implication on the website was the passes would be emailed to me and I just scan the QR code in the email. The email implied the same thing.

Once I figured out I needed to get the passes, I visited three times trying to get the passes. Every time the shop was closed. (It was early in the morning or later at night, but still...)

I requested a refund given how unclear the instructions were. "Sorry, no refunds."

(And to be sure I wasn't just overlooking the instructions, I had a friend look and they came to the same conclusion as me!)
