The hotel is very nice and modern. The front desk staff was nice, especially Carl who happened to be there at check out the next morning. ||Their breakfast food provided it was surprisingly good and very varied . ||My only negative comment is there is no closet and no dresser and no drawers there, just one peg on the wall that extended about 5 inches on which to hang your clothes. As I was alone and only there for two days it was enough for me, but I think it was the wrong design choice. ||The price was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

Good not great. Room was clean and well appointed. Good bedding and towels. But, HVAC unit made a rattling noise. I like a thermostat on the wall but set to 70 was pouring out warm air, 69 poured out cold air. Very hard to get comfortable. NO counter space in the bathroom. Hard water left the shower head spray almost comical. Insufficient pressure and random minimal spray pattern. Breakfast was decent. Much better than others for sure.

Made a 5 night reservation for business through Wyndham. Advised both Wyndham and the front desk that this was a business stay, member pricing, and that there was a possibility that the stay could be extended or shortened depending on the events coming. All were informed and no issues presented other than a cancelation would cost 1 night stay. Agreed. Upon check in was informed that regardless of how many nights I stayed the entire 5 night fee would be charged. Manager on duty agreed with this policy and would not discuss any other options. Called Wyndham and they confirmed what was not he website and that I would only be charged the first night if I chose to shorten my stay to say one night. I travel a lot for business and have never had this issue come up. Frankly I feel that staff and managers need to be properly trained. Further, no one in that front desk community was willing to give any effort into researching their perceived understanding of a polity that is clearly stated on the website. I have stayed at this hotel for years and have never had this issue in prior stays. It used to the be nicest and newest in the area but both staff and maintenance wise it has taken a severe downturn. I will most likely be looking at other options for future trips. Sad state of affairs.

GM Andrew and his staff are amazing! Customer service is excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Hot breakfast served every day was fresh and plenty of selection including eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. I recommend this location. Very pleased!

Better pillows, better coffee, and management that is aware of their easy & convenient pre-arrival process would have made this an above average stay. ||They could do away with fees for early and late check-in within a certain time frame; nice option if you want to get in much earlier or stay a lot later but shouldn’t be overpriced. ||Overall clean hotel with nice staff during the stay, good parking, and nice location with options in walking or close driving distance. Would give it another chance if I’m in the area again.

We have stayed in this motel a number of times.. We are always happy with our stay. The front desk service is always friendly and helpful. The in room service is wonderful too. If we ever need anything they do their best to accommodate us. We look forward to staying here again.

Great room layout with desk, book nook with light, micro and fridge. Outlets to charge all devices. Very clean. Very comfortable. Good breakfast with pancakes. Friendly, helpful staff. Will make this my go to stop when I'm traveling through Milford DE again.

This is a perfect place to stay at for a night or two for out of towners. I came from NYC to handle business for my sick mother. I was able to get some peace of mind here. The staff was wonderful and I loved my room. I will definitely be back.
