I am leaving Delaware as a big fan of Microtel. We booked last minute and we immediately set up with a room. This room was clean, linens were fresh, and we slept soundly. There is also a continental breakfast from 6:30-9:30 which is a more than respectable time window. The staff was amazing at replenish the food and drinks as they diminished. THE CLEANING STAFF WAS A 10/10. Not only did we receive fresh towels upon returning, our items that were left behind in the suite were organized and handled with care. They even folded our personal blanket at the foot of the bed. Parking was not a hassle and reliable. Checkout was easy and seamless. Very pleased with our stay and with the location of the hotel. Thank you so much.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. But the lady at the front was super helpful. I was going through an issue with a lost ID and she went out of her way to help me out. I don't really care about the place, it's really all about the services, and this place is a 5 star in my book because she went out of her way. Thank you!

Spent one night at this hotel. Room was very clean but had a strong chemical smell and the bed was wet obviously just been sprayed with some kind of disinfectant spray. We opened the window and turned on the fan to try and air it out a bit. Overnight the room began to smell strong like marijuana as did the hallway when we left at 5:30 am. We checked out online only to later find out we have been upcharged $100 for smoking “cigarettes “ in our room. When we contacted the front desk they were unable to reverse the charge and now have to follow up with management to recoup the $100. We will not stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, regardless of having to stay due to the car breaking down. Customer service could be better, but the trail behind the hotel made up for it. Not healthy, but I was thankful for the McDonald's across the street. There is about a 15 minute walk to Food Lion and Dollar General.

This place was great. I stayed here for 4 nights with my 2 kids. Very clean! There were more than enough outlets and lights. The tv was a nice size and they give breakfast. Housekeeping was amazing!! Very nice and they folded everything even if it was one of my personal belongings and the organized everything. They have a decent amount of channels, I'll be sure to bring a fire stick next time though. The parking lot is tiny tho and it tends to smell really bad outside early in the morning. Not sure what that is but the inside is great. Also because it's so close to the DAFB expect noise from the planes here and there

Clean, underground parking, breakfast is oatmeal packs bagels and fruit. Very limited continental options. Easy check in and out. Looks like they’re in the middle of upgrading the property. Simple stay. Quiet stay. I would stay again if the price was decent.

Night staff was very welcoming and efficient with checking me in to a room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Right next to Dover AFB.
