I was working there. I loved taking my tours with the manager and owner Laura Rodriguez and her marvellous travel agent Rosalba Camacho. They gave us excellent and professional service. When we were traveling we got insurance for all the inconveniences. We recommend it to everybody. We are blessed with them.

they booked a cruise for us as a large group which went well but on an individual basis they did nothing we asked. we were traveling with family and asked to be in cabins near each other and we were 3 floors apart. we were given an excuse why we couldn't be near each other and that turned out to be a lie. We also asked to have dinner at the same table and twice I was told that was arranged and when we got on the boat we were seated 6 tables apart for dinner and had to fix it ourselves. Great cruise but horrible customer service by the travel agent
