Not only was it easy to order traveling tickets with Marchela, but was also a great deal. I've used her traveling agency before and I'm very satisfied. This time she he managed to find me tickets so quickly that I was on the plane in the air two days later . Love them and I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job

Very Bad !
Travel agency it’s supposed to be help and give the clients the best service , if not we don’t need them !
The same price or even. less every can find the tickets from the airline websites or online !
I had a problem with the tickets because of them and the owner Marchela never answer me on the phone , emails that I sent it to her!The staff are root and it’s not helpful at all!
Very very bad “company”!
It is not ok to get them for your trip!!

I fly internationally at least twice a year with my puppies and always use Marchela Travel. They make sure the puppies are approved on the flight at the time of booking so I dont have issues at check in. They save me a lot of hassle and always look for the best rates. Gery is amazing.

My husband bought ticket to Bulgaria with Marchela travel and Lufthansa got some protest and cancelled all the flights. Four days we’ve been trying to fix the problem, we’ve been calling her office and leaving voicemails. Finally someone called my husband and tell him that they are working on reissuing his new ticket number but Lufthansa is very busy and they cannot reached them. We had no news or call from Marchela Travel. Then the night before the flight I CALL Lufthansa customer service number and for about 5 min talk I got all the information that I need it about the new flight and new ticket number. Then i called the travel office and of course i had to leave a voicemail pretending that i will buy flight tickets. Guess what 2 min later they returned my call. It was impossible to make contact with them whatsoever when we had problem but to take your money there is no problem they call right away. So i told them that I finished their job even though i paid for a travel agent in case of such a problems!!! I don’t know how people trust such a agency to buy vacation all over the world. They couldn’t fix simplest problem and I don’t want to think if I would need something bigger then this!!! Never again this is such a joke travel agency!!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars to Marchela Travel for their unprofessional attitude. In December I bought 2 tickets from them, the event I was going on was canceled and I called to cancel the flights, it turned out that the tickets they kept for me are non-refundable and the money remains on credit, which I can use ONLY through them. I said ok, we have two more trips in February and April, so I didn't expect any problems. After I called to get tickets for the next trip, I was told to buy the more expensive tickets because they told me that they were not sure if the rest of the money would stay as credit. The moment I took the more expensive tickets, I was told that the airline had left the rest of the credit which meant that they lied to me, however I kept quiet. At the day of the flight we were told that it was cancelled due to bad weather. I called Marcela Travel and they told me that for them it was showing that the flight is “on time” they also said that they cannot do anything about it and that I had to call the airline company and figure everything out by myself. The last thing that frustrated me the most was when I called a few times in March to get my tickets with the rest of the credit I had for a trip in April. I got a big NOTHING. At the beginning of April I called for the last time to ask them what had happened, because I had no tickets. I ended up buying the tickets by my self without being able to use any of the credit I had. Another big problem is contacting them, I called 5 or 6 times until someone decides to pick up the phone, if you have to call on the weekend because you have a problem with the flight no one will answer you, they also will not pick up before 9:30 am and after 6 pm. If you want to keep calm, do not use Marchela Travel, yes they are very kind and I have bought tickets from them several times, but when there is a problem you can not rely on them to help you. I think that a travel agency is not only for buying tickets, but also to help you out when you are having issues with your flight. All in all, my experience with Marchela Travel was not a good one there were many problems that are simply unacceptable and show how unprofessional and unreliable Marchela Travel is.
