Have stayed here several times while apartment hunting. The manager is always there and willing to handle any requests we have. Our room is always clean and the grounds are kept up. Has a nice covered Pavillion for cookouts along with a grill and an outdoor pool. It is quiet, very comfortable and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and they have renovated the rooms with nice upgrades too.

Traveling solo I chose the least expensive hotel in town. That was my first mistake. For $100 a night I expected a little better. The office space was a mess. It appears the owner lives there and does all the laundry right inside the office. It appeared to be a family-owned business. It was off season so the pool was not in use. My room was on the end of the one story complex. I did have three windows so had the option of looking out on people's backyards rather than the parking lot. My bed sheets were very old, stained with ink, and nearly shredded in spots. I had to request new sheets before I would move in. The thrift store bed frame was bolted to the wall with very poorly applied bolts. The lamp shades above the bed were so close to the pillows that you would hit them when you turned over in bed. All of the furniture in the room appeared to have been picked up and thrift stores, as well. None of it matched. I could even see a sticker from a sale still on one of the pieces. The room was otherwise clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave. The office chair needed to be cleaned. All of the towels were stained and should have been bleached. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low but it got the job done. The bed was rather comfortable and I did sleep well the second night. The location of this motel was within walking distance if you don't mind walking about a 1/2 mile to town. The Office Manager was nice and accommodating.

My recent trip turned into a nightmare thanks to bedbugs. My room was infested, and the bites were so severe I couldn't sleep a wink. With itchy welts erupting all over my body, I ended up spending the rest of the night in my car – not exactly the relaxing getaway I'd planned.

But the trouble didn't stop there. I brought those unwelcome hitchhikers home with me, leading to a full-blown infestation in my own apartment. Frustrated and fuming, I contacted the place I stayed at, hoping for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and cost of dealing with the infestation. Unfortunately, my emails and calls went unanswered. Their silence only added insult to injury. It's a frustrating situation, to say the least.

I would never recommend this place

Maple Leaf Motel is a hidden gem! The rooms are newly renovated and spotlessly clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. The poolside is simply stunning, offering a relaxing escape. The manager's friendly and helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was a last-minute gem of a find in the middle of summer break Short ride to Lincoln Franconia or Mount Washington views when driving around are spectacular. definitely take a Drive up and down some back roads and enjoy the scenery. Even the hospitality was welcoming and rooms were clean. The only negative was the screen door to the unit was a little wonky. lol

We stayed here in December 2023 and this was our first time staying at this motel. A few negatives were the giant gap in the door that let in the frigid cold air. The front desk offered to move us, but we were already unpacked at that point so we stayed and they gave us a blanket to hang over the door and an electric heater to help warm it up inside. That definitely needs to be fixed properly. The plate in the microwave wasn't for that microwave so it was off balance when you tried to heat anything. The fridge worked, but opening the door was a pain because of the weird cubby/stand it was inside of. Also, the hot water takes a hot minute to actually get hot especially in the sink, but once it works it's very hot which was good. The sofa was pretty old and stained also but we didn't really use it. On the positive, the room itself is pretty spacious which is good and the bed was very comfy (although the pillows were not). They allow pets which was a huge bonus as we brought our dog. There was a weird locked door right by the bed which completely freaked us out at first because we could see a kitchen through the crack and we thought it was somebody else's room. However after further investigation we realized it was only a kitchen (stove, fridge, sink & table) and must be for that room. Not sure why they lock it that actually would have been a great bonus to the room. Overall the stay was ok, it fit what we needed. It could use a few improvements, but we would probably stay here again. The room was $99 night which is a bit expensive for what it was and how it was, but if they included the kitchenette and fixed those few issues that would be reasonable. Front desk staff was friendly & accommodating. Motel is also pretty close to Main Street.

Positive: The location right outside the charming town of Littleton was fine, and close to skiing (the reasons for us being in the area) Negative: Filthy room w blood stained sheets, needles and cigarette butts littering room entrance. Hotel manager was verbally abusive and ordered me to leave, with my two children. And refused to reimburse me. Worst experience ever- room + service horrible. Negative: ""
