We visited on Monday and loved it! Our tour guide Evan was great and full of interesting information about the caverns. He was also calm and understanding when my autistic son needed to move around a bit. We went later on the day and my son and I were the only 2 on the tour. The entire grounds were beautiful. 10 out 10 definitely recommend visiting this place.

My daughter came here with her girl scout troop and had so much fun spending the night in the cavern. The girls enjoyed all the activities. It rained pretty much for the majority of the time, but the girls still had a blast. Roman was our guide and he was great.

We visited this place on a Monday morning, they did offer a military discount, which is always appreciated. The atmosphere of the park is beautiful, with lots of activities for the kids. The tour started perfectly on time. Our tour guide was really funny and always trying to make us participate and be part of the whole experience. Since it was Easter week, we had the opportunity to enjoy the Easter light show, and I loved the fact that they talked about the real meaning of this festivity, which is something that may be forgotten for some of us!
The caves are truly majestic, and the whole history of the cave was so nicely narrated, felt like we weren't missing any point! I'd highly recommend this place to everyone who is staying in Birmingham or nearby.

I have to say out of all of the places I've been to that says customer service is important no place can ever top the customer service there at majestic caverns so to give you more insight let me tell you why we chose to visit majestic caverns. You see our birthday was coming up and me and my brother wanted to do something fun that involved the outdoors and the nature so we decided what better way to have our birthday then to primativly camp out on historic grounds that's said to have an extremely huge cave so we did just that we bought 3 all inclusive tickets and reserved a campground for 2 nights so when we did our reservation for 17th and 18th of April now let me tell you something when I walked in t9 the park to go to the lobby/gift shop I walked on this porch that gave me tavern vibes and the atmosphere was majestic they had all kinds of cool attractions like cave craw and more the place was beyond what you would see in fantasy lands and the workers there matched the atmosphere SO MANY FRIENDLY WORKERS I can't stress that enough so when it was time to do the cave tour we walked in to the cave and I was breathless it felt magical with drops of water coming down giving you a calm state of mind this cave was the best thing to happen to me because it opened my eyes at how much work that was put into a thing of nature and beauty Devine we enjoyed our time and birthday guests get a pin and a free price of fudge with all of the workers making your birthday as memorable as possible 10/10 would recommend

Our Girl Scout troop did an overnight stay inside the cavern! The girls had the best time!! I highly recommend if you are considering for your group. Roman was the best guide and activity leader!
The experience began with fun activities that they outside the cavern, such as foam party, water balloon fight, peddle boats, etc. We chose the campfire hotdog roast for dinner. Followed by flashlight maze challenge. Then we began the lantern tour of the cavern. There are so many geological formations. We enjoyed learning the history of the cavern and the laser light show.
We made camp in the main cathedral room.
Really a majestic view looking up at the cavern ceiling. The girls had a fun sleepover. We felt very safe. There are even two restrooms in the cavern!
The next morning we had breakfast and then experienced more fun activities before the park opened for the day.

We had a great time. It's a great place to visit as a family, lots off entertainment for kids, you can make a day of fun from visiting this place. We were lucky to catch the last day of the Christmas show, there were dancers, carollers, fire show. All the actors were amazing and performing their best ever time. All the staff was super friendly and very courteous.

Came here on a weekday, so we got lucky with it being a slow day. Had a great tour of the cave, got the attempt some gold panning and met some of the sweetest goats!

It was a great time, and although we don't have kids, it is a place I think would be perfect to bring them. Super fun family attraction.

This was a beautiful experience for my kid's field trip! The cave is beautiful. Make sure you wear the proper shoes!
