So the floor in the room was not mopped very sticky and you could see blotches of spill marks from maybe pop, the bath had hair in it, none of the room was wiped down, only thing bed made, 2 tiny plates for food, the forks were thrown in the drawer with food on them, one glass for something to drink, juice and tiny muffins for breakfast, the front desk people very nice, just house keeping does not think of the children and how sanitary and upkept the room needs to be, I mean elderly come in and and the bacteria can make them sick, the counters, the dressers, the beds, and fridges and sinks need to be wiped down, the room itself has plenty of lamps, the bed itself takes a couple of tossing and turning to fall asleep, I'm in a king, the hallways need a good cleaning to get the spills out, good internet service, no toaster oven, no hearing your neighbor. There's a Cracker Barrell next door.

This was a very nice place and a comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean. It's amazing how well prepared the room is should you want to use the kitchen area. They thought of just about everything. The larger refrigerator is nice to keep stuff in. There was a nice cooktop and microwave. There are all kinds of kitchen wares ready to use. I only needed to be there for one night on my trip but it certainly something I would have considered staying at longer because of the convenience and how well done the rooms were. At the time of my stay they did have a decent breakfast served in the lobby in the morning. The staff was very nice and friendly. There are only two things that took away from me rating this higher. The pillows in my room were too small and thin. I suppose if you're going to stay in this for some time you would probably bring your own pillows anyway. The other problem was the noise level at night. This place has those heavy-duty doors with the heavy duty latches that make quite a bit of noise when they close. Even though it's not the hotel's fault there was some people across the hallway who had kids who seemed to think it was fun to go around slamming the door and yelling up until about midnight.

Nice, updated budget motel. Neat, beautiful workmanship, and clean. Our king room had a small kitchen area and a full-size refrigerator. No carpet, which is a plus for cleanliness. Bed was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. A/C worked well.
Free breakfast was adequate with a variety of pre-packaged foods. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Gosh where do I begin.
#1, the front desk worker was nowhere to be found when we arrived to check in. It should not have taken 17 minutes to be checked in.
Secondly & most importantly this hotel IS NOT SMOKE FREE at all & you can smell it walking up to the building on either side of the parking lot.
3rd. On my way to check out I found out that this hotel is actually occupied by homeless people by the Salvation Army on vouchers.
That DEFINITELY explains thee horrible smell throughout the hallways.
If you are a clean person, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We had to move rooms. Original room smelled like smoke and bathroom had scum built up in the shower. The fridge was not placed appropriately as you had to move away from the fridge to open it. The staff was friendly and apologetic about it. Second room’s Wi-Fi was spotty and the baseboards were not glued on. There was pencil marks on the counter from the where the sink hole was cut. It is clear that they are trying to make updates, but it looks rushed and undone. I still have not gotten my deposit back. We stayed less than 24 hours and the price was not worth it. This is not a reflection of the staff, who were very nice.

This place was incredible. Stayed here with my 8 year old daughter when I was too tired to drive home. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly to us. Brand new beautiful hotel.

The bed was incredible it felt like sleeping on a cloud.. I'm trying to find the equivalent bedding and pillows to use at home. If the hotel sees this and could respond with that information, I would be beside myself. In any case I will look for mainstay suites in the future based on this great experience.

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The bath tub was in terrible condition, and the breakfast options were limited to a few snacks and coffee, lacking essential items like eggs and sausages.

When we called about our forgotten food in refrigerator and Apple MagSafe Battery on the bed, they denied any existence, despite us being certain that we left them in the room. Overall, the hotel failed to meet our expectations with its unsatisfactory amenities, inadequate breakfast, and questionable handling of lost belongings.
Don’t recommend this place to stay.

Well, let me put it this way....Uummm, trying to be as nice as I possibly can, but really want to let this explode like a volcano!
I was totally p/old when I was finished with the female at the front desk (a.m.)! For one, she was very abrupt and short with her answers and made me feel stupid for asking what I asked her. Also wouldn't let me see a room (just wanted a peek is all). The female front desk person couldn't or WOULDN'T tell me about the breakfast. It's important to us that we have a hot meal in the morning...especially after possibly spending more than a bill!
The thing that totally threw me off my game and for once in my life left me speechless....the female front desk attendant totally came across as RACIST!! My friend is African American and I would NEVER EVER stay or bring him to an establishment like that one!
IS this or IS this NOT the 21st century we ALL live in?!? Come on ppl and get your attitude IN CHECK! IF I WAS MANAGEMENT SHE'D BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT! He'll, I'd never have hired her in the first place!
And, oh yeah...there is only ONE cleaning lady in the motel! No wonder ppl complaining about stinky smells, ants in room, ect! We ended up at BEST WESTERN, which I found out later its related to Mainstay....SHOULD HAVE WENT TO HOLIDAY INN FOR $100!
I'D GIVE A BIG FAT ZERO 🌟 IF IT WAS AN OPTION!
