This is the worst travel agency I have came across. I spoke to the owner Mai to inquire about getting my Vietnam visa done. She gave me a quote over the phone and to confirm I sent a text with the quoted amount and she agreed but when I showed up she requested a higher amount. She lied to my face she never mentioned about the lower quoted amount. This is very dishonest business practice. I saw another customer left a negative feedback and I wish I'd seen it sooner. I would never have tried to contact this dishonest owner. After I left the office, I decided to give a call back suggesting that please be transparent in the future and as good business practice honor her words to the customers. She simply hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I would in a million year never come back to this horrible travel agency!!

The most worst vietnamese travel agency. Because of the language and unfamiliar with the searching skill, many of US- Vietnamese citizens need help from them to find the best support to reunion with family in Vietnam. They should help with the best they can, but they didn’t.
They cost $900 for the changing flight ticket, that actually $300 at the flight company. $600 just for the agency fee is horrible. Specially it’s for those people called “đồng hương”.
