It was an absolute pleasure working with Evelyn and her small catering business! She catered our daughters wedding rehearsal dinner on Sept. 1 and everything was absolutely fresh, hot and delicious! We ordered the stuffed chicken breasts and they are a wonderful, tender recipe! All the sides were perfect and her special desserts: flan and almond cakes were an absolute hit with everyone! Her staff was professional, efficient and kind. They delivered & cleaned up on time.
I highly recommend that you give them a chance for your catering needs and by the way, the pricing was VERY fair!
If we ever need an event catered in Neenah again, she will be the first call we make! Thanks again Evelyn!

Mader’s catering did a fantastic job with our wedding food!!!! We chose the pulled pork & chicken and gravy sandwiches!!! Soooo yummmy!!! I’m honestly not sure what time they got there. But they were there on time for dinner! They did excellent with how everything was set up and they packaged the leftovers and put them in the cooler for us! The communication was great! Our tasting went well, and we fell IN LOVE WITH THEIR FOOD! We will definitely continue using Mader’s Catering! 100/100 recommend!

The food and service were exceptional. We met with Dennis and his wife for a tasting and the food was just as spot on from the tasting to the actual reception. There was plenty enough to feed everyone with leftovers held for us. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were also very grateful that Dennis and his team took the time to scout out the venue and have a plan in place to have things go as smoothly as possible. For any large gatherings we will have in the future, Mader's will be the first call.

Didn't want our business, apparently. My fiance contacted them in January to set up a tasting for our wedding in mid August. She was told that the date was available, but to wait until March to do a tasting and possibly book it. We didn't feel comfortable waiting until March without a catering contract, and feared that the date would either be taken or we didn't care for the food or cost. And by March, catering options for an August wedding would be severely limited.

My fiance contacted them back with upcoming dates we had available and was met with complete silence. She then sent a third email mentioning we were awaiting a reply. She did receive a reply that said, "I will not have available for the dates you have send!(sic) I’ll be on maternity leave till the end of April."

Wait, so first we were told March, and now it's the end of April? So what if we would have waited until March? Would we again be passed off until end of April? A fourth email was sent asking if this Mader's contact was already on leave and if this weekend would be available, to which she received a 1 sentence reply that said, "We have parties this weekend!". That was it. No attempt to remedy anything, offer any availability, nothing.

I don't know what we did to be denied service, but this is incredibly unprofessional. First off, why would you not have someone else in place to handle the business of the person on maternity leave? You have 9 months to plan for this. But if you're bizarrely ok with putting your catering business on hold, and if you know maternity leave is end of April, just say you're not seeing any new clients until the end of April. Why give people the run around? The person you have booking your events is terrible at their job. Completely lacking in customer service and good communication. I don't care how good your food might be, if this is the first contact anybody has with your business, it reflects very poorly. Just terrible.

I attended an event that used this company to cater the event. They arrived on time. However, The food was poor. Boxed potatoes, heated up frozen veggies, and a soggy salad swimming in dressing. Part of the order was missing, but thankfully they graciously came back with a substitution. I do not recommend.

Maxwell is great! Courteous, professional and very helpful. The catering was for my dads celebration of life and it went great. The food was exactly what we wanted and more. If our family needs catering again, we will not hesitate to use Mader’s Catering!

Dennis catered our wedding last night and we got nonstop positive reviews from guests about how great the food was! We definitely recommend the pig roast!!
More importantly, Mader's went above and beyond any expectation we had!! 5 stars all around and I will recommend any chance I get!! Thank you to Dennis, family and staff for an amazing experience!
