When I married my husband over 20 years ago, I began using Ademino & Associates for our insurance needs. My husband has been using them for about 7 years prior to me. This past summer, we received a letter from our insurance company that our rates were going up substantially. There were no claims made to our insurance other than an act of nature, hitting a deer and several years prior we had hail damage to our newly built home. I called Ademino, as our broker to see if there were other options with better rates. I understand the economy is not good, but the lady would not look into it! On our own we switched to another insurance company and are saving over $1,000 per year. We still kept our homeowners insurance with Ademino. One thing the rude woman said on the phone was that "Well your roof is old." Before we knew it, someone came to our home looking at our roof. We can understand needing a new roof, although it does not look worn. The RUDENESS is not necessary. I can tell you that I will never refer anyone to go to Ademino and Associates because I would not want to have any friends or family be talked to the way I was.

The rep we work with is Dave Anderson and he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's nice being able to work with a local company that follows up and gets answers back in a timely manner.

Recently Dave reviewed some of our policies and identified a way to better protect our business by implementing and improving our rental policy. We have also had additional staff from Ademino come into our safety committee meetings to help educate and support various initiatives.

We recently had a house fire. The damage was minimal compared to what it could have been and most importantly everyone is safe. Once the fire was out a rush of feelings came over me.
