My family adores this facility and their staff. Everyone — from the front staff to the nurses and doctors — is kind and attentive to all our pets.

Dr. Reed sees our pets most often, and she is WONDERFUL. Very thorough, kind, and sweet. She always listens to all concerns, and we never feel rushed out the door. We’ve had some pets that had some pretty extensive health issues in the past, and we’re always bringing every little issue to her attention. not once has she made us feel as though we’re out of our minds for it, which is so appreciated.

One thing that really sets them apart is the ability to text them to ask questions. I’ve never had a vet that incorporated this into their practice. Their staff always check in via text to see how our pets are doing post-visit. They’ll also check in after we’ve texted them about minor concerns.

We moved to the area from St. Louis and the level of care and compassion we get from this team is far and above what we experienced in a larger city, which is really amazing.

I’ve seen other reviews that complain about scheduling issues, but I think some folks forget that this is a small town vet that services quite a lot of folks. We’ve had a couple of minor emergencies where we’ve needed to be seen fairly quickly, and I’ve never felt like the wait was outrageously long. The staff is always really efficient, and I never experience much waiting around.

We also have a dog that is very anxious, and they’ve always been so patient and proactive about working with him to make sure he feels comfortable when he comes in. We’ve always had to muzzle him for visits in the past because he can get a little nippy when anxious, and we’ve gotten to the point where we don’t have to do that anymore. That, in and of itself, is such a high praise for this clinic if you’re someone with anxious pets.

Don't ever hesitate to take your loved ones here, they will be placed into the most loving, caring hands there is. I was completely moved by my most recent experience at the clinic. We witnessed a miracle and our day spent there was unforgettable with the hospitality of all the staff. We love this place and it will always hold a special spot in our hearts. Very poor customer service during the scheduling process. They make it beyond difficult to get in, even in emergencies. Also have had an ongoing issue with my pet that they have not been able to successfully help get under control. Frustrating experience overall. Would not recommend.

These people are the absolute nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They treat our Lilith girl like family and were so great with our Loki girl, when she became so sick that we had to put her down. Highly recommend!
