My family and I are staying here right now due to being homeless at the moment but it’s been one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Super clean, the owner is very well kept and works hard to clean everything everyday. The bed is super comfortable and you can get some good sleep on it. The back of the place is super pretty I love the scenery.

I just stayed there for two nights. The manager is so nice, the rooms were clean. I would stay again. It's a little outdated but don't let that stop you. They do the best they can. All I need is clean place to stay. Also it was nice and quiet as well.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever booked. We were on the historic Rt 66 tour and wanted to try a retro, period style motel. We we arrived we noticed the motel was in disrepair. My partner has asthma and when we opened the door to our room she immediately had an asthma attack. The room and the entire premises is moldy and run down. We booked two nights and told the manager we could not possibly stay because of the mold issue. It was unhealthy and dangerous for someone with asthma. We asked for a refund and said he could give us only one night's refund since we already checked in (before seeing the room of course). We told him we could not possibly stay because of the mold and health issues and told us we would have to take it up with Expedia. Expedia of course said they could do nothing. I don't. know how anyone could give this motel more than one start.

I was not able to make this trip, so this review is from my husband, Richard. ||A beloved icon of Route 66, Rich Henry, of Henry’s Ra66it Ranch, sadly passed away recently. Myself and other Route 66 lovers and friends of Rich wanted to attend his services. We all wanted to stay at Carlinvilla, as we have all stayed there several times in the past and loved it!||At check in, we were all warmly welcomed by the wonderful Patel family. They are very kind hosts and are loved by many travelers across the world. They treated us like family!||My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was equally clean, wish a spacious countertop, which is a rare, but great bonus. The room had furniture, besides the bed, which was great for friends to stop and visit a bit. For the most part, we gathered in a large room near the check in counter; coffee is served there each morning. ||We have stayed with the Patel family at Carlinvilla over the years and always look forward to our next stay/visit with them!

Absolutely loved it! First place we stayed on girls route 66 trip. Rooms were clean, nice location close to great food. Enjoyed talking with the owners and very much appreciate the info given about other motels on the route. Will definitely be back.

Room was large and very clean. It was nice to have a sofa and matching chair in the room. Owner was wonderful and grounds are very well kept. Super quite and it was nice sitting outside in the picnic area after a long day of driving to relax and unwind.

Even if it says 75 plus tax you gotta pay 50 bucks extra for cleaning but if you kept your room clean they refund it. The manager was really nice and the rooms are basic but neat.
