My friends and I visited this island for a long weekend, and we had an amazing time. It was my first year, but most of the group had already visited this place, and I understand why they wanted to come back. There are many outdoor activities, including volleyball, kayaking, etc. The owners are very accommodating, even coming to pick up two attendees really early in the morning because they needed to leave sooner than the remainder of our party. The island is very private, the views are great, and the place has a very authentic outdoorsy feel. We are already planning our return in 2019.

3rd visit for me!! Won’t be the last for sure. The island can host up to 39, but we’ve had groups of around 10-13 + a few puppers each time, which has been a great number. There are 5 cabins and a lodge around the edge of the little island with a personal dock at each dwelling, making it easy access for enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards included with your stay. There are a bunch of recreational items, but we have made the most use of the volleyball/ fire pit area in the center of the island, as it’s a natural conveining point for all the cabins. Communal cooking was a breeze with full kitchens and a grill at each dwelling. Jack and Jan and their pooches are excellent hosts, can’t wait for next season!
