Landmark planned the most amazing international trip for our school to Costa Rica. The attention to detail based on the request for an “adventure trip” was incredible. Not only did the Landmark guides, Michaela and Tara, lead the trip with professionalism but they both made fantastic connections with the students making the experience truly special! They made my job as a chaperone extremely easy! I know we will solely use Landmark going forward with ANY trips for our school. I can’t wait for the next one!

Michaela and Landmark Tours just planned the most beautiful week in Costa Rica for my students. The care and intention that was put into providing multiple excursions, great hotels, local food, bonding time for our kids, and so much more was beyond what I have ever experienced. Michaela and Tara from Landmark joined the tour as well as a local tour guide. Every child was well taken care of. Micahela knew all their names, helped foster friendships, and helped take care of their every need throughout the trip. This company is clearly built from a passion for traveling and hospitality as all details are thought about and if and when things don't go as planned, Michaela jumped in and made adjustments as needed. When traveling with large groups, there are a lot of uncontrollables with weather, sickness, tired kids, and more and I'd trust Michaela and her crew through it all. I give the highest recommendation to Michaela and Landmark Tours for every big group tour needed. From business vacations to large girls weekends and even larger school trips, she will customize a trip for you!

We took our first trip with Landmark in April of 2022 to Washington, D.C. and it was excellent! We had a very small group (9 students and 1 teacher) and the care and attention to detail from the staff at Landmark was exceptional. It is hard to plan for such a small group, but the team at Landmark is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, safety conscious, accommodating, and constantly in touch and communicative.

Not having ever traveled to Washington, D.C., I was a bit nervous about all of it, but as soon as our guide met us at the airport I was instantly put at ease. She knew exactly what she was doing and seemed experienced and ready to make adjustments as needed. She even stayed up until 4am trying to figure out how to help one of our students whose visa gift card had gotten hacked.

I really have nothing but excellent things to say about Landmark and their team. Even the independent contractors they work with are exceptional. For instance, the tour guide they hired for our Arlington Cemetery, Monuments at Night, and Tidal Basin Monuments tour (the same person for all three) was one of the best tour guides I have ever experienced and the kids looked forward to learning from him throughout the week. But even when he wasn't there, the Landmark guide was able to provide us with great insight and tips and tricks each place we went. She even had the kids make up their own Haunted D.C. walking tour when circumstances caused our guided one to be cancelled. They loved it!

We are looking forward to a trip in April with them and this time we’ve added a day in NYC as well as D.C. And the planning process has been exceptional both times. Now that we know a little more on what the students want to see and what they didn't really enjoy last time we've been able to modify our itinerary with no issues. They provide comprehensive parent presentations, detailed itineraries, and easy registration and payment.

Overall an excellent company to work with from start to finish. And I highly recommend them for any educational group looking for a tour in any of their locations.

We used this company for our school's 8th grade trip in May of 2023. We had not done this trip since before covid and were excited to be able to bring this back. This company went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for our kids and we couldnt have been happier. One special highlight of our trip was our tour guide Jonah! He was knowledgeable and so friendly. The planning process went so smoothly--even with some changes that occurred. In the end Savannah was wonderful to work with and Michaela was a lifesaver....especially when she was able to get us last minute into the Holocaust Museum when we didn't think we were going to be able to! We cant wait to take our kids again this upcoming year.
