I have been a resident for 6 months now and from my observation they are doing a great job! Keep up the good business. They seem to always work on their buildings and keep up with repairs. The majority of the time it’s pretty quiet. The insides of the apartments have recently been remodeled with a wooden floor finish giving the apartments a clean modern look. My a/c recently stop working. I put in a work order and my work order was responded to within 10 mins. Again, good business and good service. They always do what they can for the community such as active interactions with events and weekly communications via email and text!

My experience has been the best at lake view villas ❤️ I found my dream apartment 💕 my move in process was great with Mariela she made it so easy 🙂 her vibe and sense of humor is what you need at an office keep up the good work ! I just moved in yesterday thanks to Mariela!!! The neighborhood is very quiet, and calm. Everyone in the leasing office is soo nice. I’ve been looking for places back and forth and as soon as I came into lake view Mariela was a big help in the rental process and helped me every step of the way from the details, to the tours, down to the move in day. The neighborhood in itself is fine. If you are thinking about moving out here, document EVERY encounter that you have with the leasing office because they will make some mistakes that will leave you in a chokehold and treat you like you are walking on the side of error. Watch your ledger, these newer companies are all enticing prospects with low move in costs and will hit you with costly fees here and there. Make sure you are reading the verbiage of your lease and really read it three times if you have to.

I’ve been staying out here now for about 3 years and I love it. We now have a new property manager Ms.Sonia and she is a very nice person. She’s extremely helpful, friendly, and caring especially for the community. I’ve had work orders that needed quick assistance or over night attention and maintenance shows up every time on time. The property also feels pretty safe with security.Overall I love my apartment I would love for them to gate the lake because safety reasons but other than that everything is a 10/10 for me.
