We needed a split unit for our side porch that we wanted to use during the winter months. I requested quotes from various vendors for a Daikin system. We believe strongly in "Buy America" and have had very good luck with replacing an entire house forced air HVAC system in a southern state. The quote was very competitive, the workmanship was professional, and the overall service was great. We are very happy with the unit (very quiet) and the service.

I have a property In the Lakes region and live in Connecticut. I had a problem with my heating system and called Laconia Residential since a friend of mine had recommended them. It was a difficult situation for them and me since I had to work with them remotely from Connecticut. After trying to fix the existing unit a couple of times, it became apparent that I needed a new heating unit. And the outside temperature was beginning to go below freezing. The office and technical staff went out of their way to keep me advised as they worked to diagnose the problem, ordered the equipment, followed up on its delivery and, on a rush basis, installed it. They had even delivered several space heaters in case I needed them to keep the house from freezing as we waited for the new units to come in. In order to be able to install it quickly, they needed to upgrade the equipment to a different, more expensive unit. This was not their fault, but they held the price to me with no increase.
Because I was in Connecticut for this entire process, this had all of the makings of a high anxiety situation. Laconia Residential and their staff made a difficult situation easy. Laconia Residential is an easy-to-work with, truly professional, knowledgeable and reliable HVAC contractor.

Our 20 yr old AC died in the middle of a heat wave. We shopped around for quotes, with one at $9500 for an equivalent replacement unit.

Laconia Residential was referred to us very favorably, and we couldn't agree more. They came in ~22% lower, with a more comprehensive solution; replacing the equally aged furnace along with the central air unit. It was an easy decision.

Thanks to a lucky break in scheduling, they were able to get to work within a few days. That's impressive enough in the middle of an incredibly busy season. The crew arrived early, and got right to work. They were very professional, focused, and knowledgeable.

We have two pretty reactive dogs who will bark at anything and everything, and they were relatively unbothered by the crew. This can not be understated as a small miracle on its own.

They reviewed the work with me after they were completed, and cleaned up quickly. The new system has been keeping us cool and comfortable during this latest heatwave for the last week.

We will be sure to contact Laconia Residential in the future as needed, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had LRC install a mini-split / heat pump in our master bedroom and they were extremely professional and did a great job from start to finish. Scott quoted the job and described in detail the product and the installation process. He answered all our questions and helped us pick the best system for our home. He came back with a reasonable quote and promptly scheduled the project. The young men who did the actual installation, Cody and Austin, were courteous and worked well together to get the job done expediently. They cleaned up every speck of debris from the project and explained the basic operation of the equipment before leaving . Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend LRC for all your HVAC needs!!

Laconia Residential was very accommodating to my needs! Purchased a new home and was told it had central air, but couldn’t get it running! Laconia came to my rescue! Not only did they replace some duct work that needed fixing, but they got me up and running! Couldn’t thank them enough! Their techs were personable, knowledgeable, and respectful! I contacted Laconia Residential twice. I decided to call them after the individual suggested by a neighbor never set a time to come by. I specifically contacted Laconia Residential due to their web presence and advertising that reached me. I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back I would have to write this review. It has been a month since the call and I also submitted a request for service two weeks ago through the website. Certainly not impressed.
